– Goodfella Fantino fails to whack us!
MNN. May 9, 2008. Fascist state “operachniks” are constantly taking actions designed to generate a continuous state of fear. They think terror breeds obedience. MNN has received various reports warning that it is “dangerous” to go into Ontario, which is partly our ancestral Haudenosaunee Territory. We might be arrested on false charges, abducted, “disappeared” or killed in a simulated accident.
We will not live in fear! The integrity of the Ontario Provincial Police is in question. Every day we are being told of the overwhelming spy and surveillance gadgets that are being developed to control our every move and how this can be done by remote control from satellites. The multi-national military, industrial, corporate, financial and government complex feel they have to hunt down those they perceive as “enemies”. They refuse to live democratically. They feel threatened by differing opinions.
MNN has decided to meet this nonsense head on. MNN has been told to “stay home”. Yes, the threats are real. Yes, the colonial authorities want to squelch any assertion of Indigenous rights. Yes, they respond to our unarmed demonstrations by surrounding us with armies and pointing their guns at us. Yes, they violate their own laws. Yes, we get beaten up and thrown in jail on false charges. No, we will not submit.
Julian Fantino, the Ontario Provincial Police Commissioner, has dressed his OPP officers in “storm trooper” style uniforms. The police cruisers are painted black and white. Every officer is equipped with guns, tasers, batons for beatings, bullet proof vests and flashlights that can be used as weapons. They shave their heads to look like neo-Nazis and wear sun glasses so no one can look into their eyes. They’re trying to look like fat “RoboCops”. Julian Fantino is taking the OPP to an unprecedented time when the police are all powerful and individuals have no rights.
MNN has been warned that we may “vanish” like the 500 Indigenous women who have disappeared; or like the crucial witnesses who suddenly die in accidents before inquiries. Just over a week ago the 5 Rotiskereketeh at Tyendinaga shook hands with the OPP and agreed on a peaceful course of action. They were immediately ambushed, jumped, beaten and arrested by ten OPP goons. This harkens back to the time when Marquis de Denonville in July 1687 invited over 200 Iroquois men, women and children to a peaceful parlay in Hochelaga now Montreal. The goons of the day surrounded, captured and sent them to Europe where they died. After almost 5 centuries of contact, they continue to be treacherous.
Former OPP sniper Kenneth Deane died in a high tech simulated car crash on Trans Canada Highway 401 just before he was to appear at the Ipperwash inquiry. His two superiors also died in car crashes. They were going to explain how the OPP set up the murder of Dudley George over a land issue.
We have been saying generation after generation after generation that all differences between the colonists and the Indigenous people must be resolved peacefully using open and consensual practices in keeping with international law.
Why was Julian Fantino brought in by Ontario? A squatter on our land has no right to threaten us with violence for living according to the Kaianereh’ko:wa, our constitution, on Haudenosaunee Territory. He uses small time criminal and Mafioso tactics against our political system that he knows nothing about. They refuse to deal with us on a nation-to-nation basis according to our agreements. They get out their guns, threaten us, harass us, throw us in jail or kill us.
Last June 29th 2007 on the “Indigenous Day of Action”, Julian Fantino was negotiating directly with Mohawk Shawn Brant, of Tyendinaga to bring peace to the situation. Fantino pretended to be the “peace maker” while plotting to “double cross” him. Behind him were the SWAT Team and the army ready to charge in on unarmed people who were blocking nothing.
Brant later turned himself in for “mischief” after his family was harassed. He was charged, arrested and kept in jail. Then most of the charges were dropped while Michael Bryant, the Ontario Attorney General, was pushing for a 12 year jail term. Now he’s put more fake charges back on him and remains in jail.
This is desperation. What’s behind it? The colonists have no evidence for any of their claims to our lands and resources. Their “bosses” are trying to force us to give it to them illegally and we refuse. So they put us in their “cross hairs”.
The Governor General, Michaelle Jean, also referred to as the “Haitian-against-the-Nation” by the Mohawks, is avoiding her duty to bring out the truth. Instead of peacefully talking to us, she helps point those weapons at us as commander in chief.
There’s no pretense that they are “gunning” for us. We hereby give notice to the Ontario government. Cease and desist sending your heavily armed goons to attack us whenever we exercise our rights to stop squatters from abusing us.
Stop building jails. The $2 million facility being built in the middle of Tyendinaga Mohawk community is meant to increase Indigenous incarceration. This could be a “holding facility” not only for Mohawks but for any Indigenous people targeted by the state. It is a short distance from Trenton Military Airport. Indigenous will be arrested, taken there for transfer to other parts of the world, out of our reach. There is a risk that they will be sent elsewhere on “extraordinary rendition” flights to be tortured and never seen again. Guantanamo Bay North! S.O.B.s, you aren’t going to get away with this.
The MNN editor is providing an itinerary for the year 2008. Since the OPP is keeping tract of not only her whereabouts, but on everything she does, she will provide reports on where she goes, what she eats, when she has bowel movements, and when she brushes her teeth. She will provide photos of the lawn she just mowed, the IGA where she shops, the post office where she picks up her mail, the road she drives on, the garden she just cultivated, the pool she is about to open and the tent she just set up for her grandchildren. The full vista of the threats she poses will be made available at no cost to the Ontario public.
On June 9th to celebrate the granting of a university degree earned by one of her adopted sons she will be in Sudbury. Julian, if you see her car in Ontario, you will know where she’s going. She will continue to visit her relatives at Six Nations, Akwesasne, Tyendinaga, Sharbot and other areas of the vast Haudenosaunee territory.
We have to overcome these threats. We won’t let them stop us from maintaining normal family and social relationships. Summer is pow wow time. We have to maintain our cultures.
Fantino, there’s no mystery. We eat, drink and shit like anyone else! You don’t have to spy on us. Stop your delusions! You will never control our society. Your illegal plotting by you and all your cohorts is criminal! You don’t have our consent and never will.

Canada and Phil Fontaine of the “Assembly of Colonial First Nations” would like to see us standing by the side of the road with our heads down, tears rolling down our cheeks and handing out pamphlets on their “Aboriginal Day of Action” on May 29th. [Beware! It’s an Indigenous “set up” day!] Many think this should be “watch the goons day”. We could walk, drive or bicycle through the roads, streets and highways of our communities and document police brutality and oppression. We’ll be needing a great big notebook for this.
Non-Indigenous communities have their problems with cops too. Maybe they’ll join us. Recently a young student was given a $628 ticket for “sitting on a wall in a park” and for snapping pictures of them on his cell phone. They were harassing homeless people.
We should be monitoring these colonial henchmen. It’s come to the point now where it’s not really safe to go out alone anymore. The abuse has got to stop. Take cameras, cell phones, become a witness and make good notes. We need names, badge numbers and photos of the abuse and the abusers. Then we should file complaints, take them to court and put pressure on politicians who cave into police pressure.
We need “know-your-rights” classes. “Watch the goons” should make periodical reports and publish them regularly on the internet. In Montreal when the Montreal Canadians hockey team won their series against the Boston Bruins, there was a riot on St. Catherine Street. The media coverage showed cop cars being burnt and kids jumping up and down on top of the cars. Many young people were assaulted and arrested. The police confiscated mainstream media footage so no one could see that they had gotten out of their cars, went over to a crowd of young people and started smashing them for no reason at all. People with phone cameras put these images on the internet. It was an emotional response to abuse. The cops have become the worse abusers.
Watch out for agent provocateurs. They arrive dressed like us, with back packs on their back full of rocks and other implements. They start throwing these at the police and then disappear into the crowd. We get the blame. Let’s face it, cops are attracted to violence. They can’t stand peaceful people. So they try to stir things up so they can use all the expensive toys they claim to need. One of their most despicable tactics is to target and attack young women. This provokes otherwise peaceful men to come to their defense who are then beaten and arrested. What a violent profession. We do not approve of the theory that peace can be gained by violent means.
The cops assume that those who protest their abuse must be under the spell of some kind of “leader”. They don’t want their misdeeds to be made public. There is nothing original about what the cops are doing. They phone the acquaintances of their target and try to get information or get them on side, even offer money and safety. Safety from what! Them? What’s the difference between police action and extortion? In other words, don’t have a leader for them to target!
The cops want more control in Southeastern Ontario because it’s getting harder to illegally siphon the resources of enlightened Indigenous people. The highly trained people like doctors, miners, scientists, politicians, military and corporation heads need relative order to go about their job of stealing our water and energy.
The factory jobs are now outsourced. This area is being built up for the elites. We Indigenous people are in their way. This puts us at risk. They still have depopulation plans for us in areas where they don’t want us. Haudenosaunee Territory includes prime land and a vast watershed.
For example, condos were going to be built on the beautiful Bay of Quinte until we stopped it. The elite always want to be on the water. We Mohawks spoil their view. These condos might have been for the workers at the new proposed U.S. Joint Task Force 2 Training Base that is being set up at Trenton Ontario, just a 20-minute drive from Tyendinaga.
Sharbot Lake-Robertsville Mine site is half way between Trenton and Petawawa Army Bases. Sharbot Lake is also half way between Port Hope and Chalk River, which have the most depleted uranium stored for use by the military to make bombs.
Trenton Army Base is right near Port Hope to guard that nuclear waste. Petawawa soldiers would be available to clean up nuclear messes at Chalk River, as happened in 1958 when one of the research reactors took a leak.
The colonists don’t want all-out warfare here. In guerrilla warfare our great strength is when we are on our home turf. We know it and we feel the power that comes from being truly Indigenous. This is not understood by the colonists. They come from fragmented and abused backgrounds. They don’t know what a real community is. In their ignorance they’ve fallen under the delusion that they have to use “low level” warfare by attacking, harassing, taking prisoners, breaking our arms, surrounding us from time to time and putting out bad stories about us to scare the public. The alternative, peaceful co-existence, is simply unthinkable to them.
Their psychological warfare strategies are meant to destroy all hope amongst our people and sow seeds of terror in our communities. They want to create fear and submission.
The cops wear armor and cover their faces with hideous visors and shave their heads like fascists. They are loaded with so much equipment they can hardly hear, see or move. These cops are scared and not sure why they’re in our communities pointing guns at unarmed people but they’re getting big pay. There are women and children on the roads too. The cops stand there shivering afraid of what will happen to them if they don’t follow the crazy orders they are being given.
The Mohawks took some of the stuffing out of the OPP cops who have been trying out some of their low level warfare tactics on us which aren’t working. If we have courage and know we are right in what we are doing, then we will stand up to them. This perplexes them. They thought it was going to be over a long time ago. Obviously they haven’t read their history. We’re still here after 400 years. And we ain’t going nowhere.
Our persistence and perseverance comes from our ancestors. We are so well rooted with nourishment from the land. A “transplant’s” root has to adjust for a long time to gain strength from the earth, but their roots really don’t take. Most of them tumble about like rolling stones, shifting with every twist and turn of the bankrupt and exploitive economy they brought here.
Such transplants need a lot of crutches – like guns, propaganda, barking vicious dogs, choppers, sirens, floodlights, loud noises, UAVs [unarmed aerial vehicles for “peeping tom” surveillance], victims to target and lots of larceny. Their next step is to throw us all into their colonial jails and courts. These transplants keep trying to replace the Ongwehonwe of Onowaregeh. It hasn’t happened and never will. We keep popping up. The natural world has decreed that we shall always be here doing our job, taking care of the land, plants, animals, water and air.
The non-natives who are organized against us are not political. Otherwise they would be on our side. They would realize their own oppression and abuse by the colonists. The police hire provocateurs to mobilize them. They help set up situations that make it look good for the cops to come in.
They made the recent riot at Six Nations look like the OPP were protecting the Indigenous people from the angry vigilantes from Caledonia. This makes the conservatives start okaying money for more policing and more force against us. For the cops this means job security and more opportunity to take out vengeance on us.
It’s part of some big plan of a few people. It’s called “mobilizing the masses” to “harmonize the peripheries with the center”. The peripheries are Mexico and Canada and the center is the U.S., of course. They rile up society so they will get a bigger budget, be in greater demand and get control over everybody.
The center wants “death squad” type policing like in Chicago, New York, Toronto and Los Angeles, where they hit the people, do open racial profiling and are extremely corrupt internally. Is this happening in all Indigenous communities right now worldwide?
On May 29th Canada with their chief provocateur, Phil Fontaine, who wants to cash in on the re-enactment of the “Sand Creek Massacre”, are coming in with a plan to push the “final solution”. Watch out. Be ready!

MNN. July 15, 2007. The issue for us is violation of our jurisdiction over a British citizen who is visiting us and “double colonization”. We never surrendered our jurisdiction over any of our land or ourselves. We continue to be independent sovereign people. Canada and the U.S. are squatter colonies that are in violation of our jurisdiction.
The colony of Canada is trying to colonize us and illegally asserts its jurisdiction over us and our land by force. Now another colony, the U.S., is asserting its phony jurisdiction over our territory on top of the false Canadian one. This is “double colonization” and doubly illegal according to international law. Conrad Black is a British citizen who allegedly obstructed justice in the colony of Canada. If he broke a law, it is the law of the land, our law. We have the right to decide on his guilt or innocence.
If the U.S. succeeds in their current bid to take over Canada, it will put us back to square one in our efforts to escape colonial oppression.
Conrad Black is no friend of Indigenous people. As a right winger he never publicized my views in any of his papers. In fact, he should be prosecuted for falsely representing his papers as giving “general news”.
He personally controlled the editorial content of all his newspapers.
They were biased and diligently kept out our views. His wife was no better. She wrote staggering denunciations of our legal positions in MacLean’s Magazine and other media. They both violated the law of the land that everyone should have an equal voice. They worked with the establishment to shut us up.
A U.S. court has no jurisdiction over Conrad Black’s action on Six Nations soil, which is the settlement known as “Toronto Ontario”.
We of the Six Nations Confederacy have jurisdiction over Conrad Black’s action that was committed on our land.
Conrad Black of Hollinger International was charged with 13 counts for racketeering and obstruction of justice” by a U.S. court in Chicago.
He was acquitted of “racketeering”. He was convicted of three mail fraud charges and one for obstruction of justice of a Canadian court order made in Toronto by a Toronto judge of Toronto settlers!
The Ontario Securities Commission had gotten a court order against Conrad Black to not take his personal boxes out of his Toronto office.
While taking these boxes, he smiled and waved to the security cameras.
All the items were personal to him, such as pictures, correspondence, tax returns, etc. The U.S. wanted even those things that were not related to the business world so they could air his dirty laundry in public.
Legally Canada and the U.S. should have handed him over to us to decide if he had obstructed anyone on our land. According to the Two Row Wampum Treaty, we have the right to decide what to do with someone like Conrad Black. He may have mistakenly thought that the Canadian court should exercise jurisdiction over the enforcement of their court order on him. He tried to trigger this by blatantly breaching it. “Come and get me, guys”, he gestured to the camera.
He didn’t violate any of our laws, the Kaianereh’ko:wa/Great Law of Peace, or the Two Row Wampum. He is guilty in the past of being in his boat and trying to paddle our canoe with his views. However, we think everyone has a right to their own personal belongings.
Here’s another angle on colonial law. When an individual incorporates a company, aren’t they creating another person outside of themselves?
The corporation is a “fictional” person that can make contracts and be charged for infractions. An individual in the corporation is not libel. When they are in the U.S., they are under U.S. laws. In Canada they are under "Canadian laws." Conrad Black was charged of Canada as an individual, not as a corporation. He was trying to get the Canadian government to exercise the fraudulent jurisdiction he thought they had over him by flagrantly breaking the Canadian court order.
They refused. They were intimidated into handing him over to the U.S. court system for something he did in Canada.
Perhaps the U.S. is now exercising their takeover of Canada by convicting persons in the U.S. for doing something in Canada. ‘Canadians’ should be aware that they could be prosecuted in the U.S. for actions in Canada or anywhere in the world. Does the U.S. think their laws now extend to the entire planet, and maybe even the universe? Remember that U.S. President George Bush did declare that this galaxy is his. The phony free trade agreement gives U.S. companies the right to sue Canadians.
They are infringing on our Indigenous sovereignty. This British citizen was on our land and we have jurisdiction over him. The Six Nations Confederacy is the proper court for a British visitor. He could be represented by an Iroquois advocate who knows how to apply the Great Law and its procedures. He might have avoided a jail term. We don’t have any prisons. It’s not part of our culture. We do rehabilitation, big time!
The Canadian colony being absorbed by the U.S. colony should have been discussed with us, the land owners. Conrad Black should have made his presence on our land known to us so that we could provide him with a hearing that would be fair and not oppressive as the one he faced in Chicago.
Black saw himself as fighting a war started by the “great U.S. government beast”. Outside the court he constantly sniped at the prosecutors dismissing them as “nazis“ and “fascists”. The judge warned him to keep down his “sound bites”. He described their case as a “toilet seat around their neck”. The U.S. wants to force its toilet seat over the entire earth! Pew! [to push shit down everybody’s neck!] No matter what, they are accountable to us, the Indigenous people and the sovereigns of Turtle Island. Until further notice, we’ll get back to you!
The other charges were that his company sold newspapers in Canada for which he got non-compete fees which are legal in Canada, but not in the U.S. David Radler, his lifelong partner, negotiated these deals for Hollinger International with some small U.S. papers. They testified against Black.
The U.S. owners of these small newspapers get a lot of U.S. government advertisement. They could be put under a lot of pressure to help put Black away.
All the government had to do was point their economic gun to their heads, “You are only alive because we give you business”. They could have been shut down overnight if they didn’t tow the line.
Can two jurisdictions make decisions on the same facts? That would be “double jeopardy”. Black erroneously tried to start an action in the colony of Canada by breaching one of their court orders. Canada relinquished its colonial jurisdiction, sold him out and handed him over to the U.S. beast out of fear and vengeance.
Once the action started in the U.S. nothing further could be done in Canada.
Had he come to us, we would have exercised our jurisdiction over a British citizen who is traversing our land. No one would have been able to legally
remove him from us. He would have been under our protection as a ward of our state. It would have saved him from jail time.
Black thought he wasn’t violating U.S. law or any law. The truth is the only law that mattered was the Great Law. Instinctively Conrad Black was right to think that Canada and the U.S. had no right to him. He should have told them, “The only people who have a right to me are the Indigenous people of Turtle Island, whose land I am visiting. I know they would have treated me fairly [even if I wasn’t nice to them because that’s the kind of people they are!]”. We would not charge Black for stealing his own stuff. We could make him account for rape and theft for chopping down our trees to print his newspapers. Conrad, we completely agree with your assessment of the “beast” that is trying to swallow up the whole world. We aren’t part of that system!
No one is going to grab us or our visitors by smacking us with their decrees backed by armed force and putting us away for good. This is Turtle Island, Conrad, not Guantanamo Bay or Abu Graib! Are they planning to feed you bread and water and walking you around naked on a leash? Conrad, don’t take that cheerleading course. They might put you at the top of the pyramid.
Anyone trying to convict us or our visitors has to answer to us. We still have jurisdiction. We won’t put up with all of these high handed shenanigans on our land by these immigrants anymore! Our laws supersede that of the colonies. Conrad, you can surrender your British passport to us and we can give you a temporary Six Nations Confederacy visitor’s pass. You can be under our protection and no one can touch you.

MNN. July 4, 2007. On the June 29th "Indigenous Action Day" the Canadian government had set all kinds of traps for us to fall into. We held thousands of gatherings to make our presence and issues known to the public without one act of violence. Corporate Canada tried to stir up phony accusations against Mohawk Shawn Brant of Tyendinaga.
The Ontario Provincial Police OPP closed down the Trans-Canada Highway and CN Rail closed down their tracks that run though our community. "He made us do it", say the cops and the corporation. Shawn's been accused of "mischief" for thinking about it. Why isn't the OPP charging itself for closing the 401? Why isn't CN being charged for closing the rails?
The OPP Commissioner Julian "Little Mouselini" Fantino told the media he had been negotiating throughout the day with Shawn, who was "reasonable, cooperative and spoke against violence". On July 5th Shawn turned himself in as he promised. Then the serpent with a forked tongue revealed its true colors. He was imprisoned without bail until August 25th when he has a preliminary hearing. This is called the "bait and switch" tactic.
Phil Fontaine of the Canadian government's Assembly of First Nations didn't need to stand in front of the colonial police forces of Canada and threaten us with punishment if we stepped out of line. In 500 years of colonialism we never once did that.
Why didn't the entrapment exercise work on us? They don't understand how we think. The police are part of the hierarchical colonial system. So is Phil Fontaine. The slaves do what the people at the top tell them to do. They take advantage of those below them and so on downward.
Many at the bottom are the disaffected youth. Some are homeless. They end up in the streets of the cities huddled together trying to survive. For years Shawn Brant was part of a group in Toronto to help them. He fed them and took them to his community, Tyendinaga, where he gave them a feast.
These people were discarded by their families. The politicians passed laws making it impossible for them to make a living in the streets of Toronto. The police removed them from the downtown area to hide them from public view, just like the Indigenous. Brant was one of their main spokesman. Now he's being punished for standing up to corporate CANADA.
Many of the immigrants from Pakistan, India and the Middle East come from clannish close knit families, with strong ties to their communities. They arrive here with nothing to make some money from our land and resources and maybe to return home. They are dropped into a loose society. Some families are losing their kids.
These young people find themselves in a society without restrictions, surrounded by many enticements like alcohol, drugs and perversions. They break away from their close knit community and some get lost.
Many find they are unwanted and can't fit in no matter how hard they try, because of their skin color, their background, they talk different, look different and have strange customs. They don't understand how the sense of exclusion and alienation is a normal part of North American Euro life.
Resentment builds up against the dominant society. The right wing skin heads, bullies and others who feel rejected from mainstream society are shouting at them, "Go back to Africa, your own country. You're a drain on our society". Look who's calling the kettle black!
They don't see that these pathetic souls are seeking the same kind of sense of belonging that they themselves don't have. Playing on their anger and bitterness makes the European rejects feel like they are "somebodies", finally!
This sick dynamic is part of the dominant society's cultural mystique. We Indigenous do not want any part of it. We want to maintain our identities as Indigenous and our communities. Some of our young people are caught up in this. We Indigenous don?t want to lose our kids to the dominant messed up social sewer where anything goes.
Many Indigenous youth say, "We are being pressured by our parents and elders to keep in touch and not lose our identity. They warn us if we go to that big city, we'll get lost. Better come back to your roots". Many leave anyway. This is where someone with an agenda can come into their midst and take over their minds.
The young Arabs in England are being given messages of hatred and militancy, "Go back to your culture and your roots", and "Everybody hates you". These children of non-Indigenous and immigrant societies are heavily manipulated by television, movies, the internet and access to information everywhere. Many closed societies are beginning to fall apart.
We Indigenous are not falling for it. We have jurisdiction in our land and in ourselves. We have to think about the future unborn generations for whom we hold the land in trust. Unlike the oppressor class that holds what they stole from us in trust for themselves. Our children were stolen from us. We were victimized by the invaders. We do what we need to do to survive. We are in a defensive mode. They are in a self-destructive mode looking for ways to crucify themselves in keeping with the ancient themes of their past.
We tell our children to "be who you are". We have faith in the integrity of what nature made them to be. We can produce the kinds of people our societies need to have healthy communities. We are capable peoples.
None of us fit at the bottom of the barrel where colonial society wants us to be. In our world, we are all in the open and equal. Our indigenous identities are an asset. Canadian identity is becoming a liability.
Before the June 29 day of action, the message directed at us was to be afraid, to be angry and to be provoked into violence. They thought we could be induced to take part in self-destructive actions like some of the Muslims and other immigrant groups with pent up hatred and confusion. They wanted to be able to justify arresting us as "insurgents" and "terrorists". They want to keep the jails full of our young people. After all, that's what a lot of them were built for in the first place. We are not easily led because we are in the habit of thinking for ourselves and we don't have leaders.
We are not easily deceived because we don't easily trust outsiders. We don't fall for the temptation to get something quick or for the excitement of the moment. We know the white man brings drugs, money and enticements to try to lead us to destruction. We have and will maintain our integrity.
We showed that we are proud and composed. Unlike a lot of youth in colonial society, we are not attracted to gratuitous violence. We watch carefully, weigh everything and then take action. The devastations in our societies have been created for the most part by the settlers. We have always been on the defense and stick together. They have tried to pull us apart and make us individualistic. Ours is a group identity which is our strength.
The societies trying to take root on our land are spontaneous. They do something because they feel like it. "Don't wait until tomorrow. Get it today!" They are never satisfied. They have lots but it's never enough.
The hierarchical system is being imposed on the whole human race. The oppressive class have taken the idea of democracy and created a system of torture and control to serve its own ends. The UN is homogenizing the world into one world government to control everybody. Individual states will disappear.
The Kaianereh'ko:wa/Great Law was never meant as a system of control. Dekanawida and Jigosaseh knew everyone was meant to be free. Those who joined the Iroquois Confederacy maintained their freedom, independence, government and culture. They did not give up anything to a controlling conglomerate.
Organized "gangsterism" is not a natural part of human nature. It's a perversion that emerges when people's indigenous social ties have been broken. Such a system of control will always fall apart. The human being will fight against control and abuse. Every person in the world wants to be free.

MNN. June 29, 2007. Is this possible? The British Secret Services “MI-5” has a lot of experience in orchestrating internal domestic coups all over the world. Today the CBC, CTV, Indian Affairs Minister Jim “Jonestown” Prentice [who looked like a disappointed ghost at his press conference], the Ontario Provincial Police and their Commissioner Fantino all worked very hard. They wanted the Mohawk community of Tyendinaga to get into a confrontational-style demonstration. Tyendinaga is right in the middle of United Empire Loyalists communities. Well, nothing happened. It was peaceful like any other gathering on our indigenous land we call “Onowarekeh/Turtle Island.
The MI-5 protects the British Empire from those “wild Indians” and Aborigines “who are running around half naked”. They can come up with some pretty diabolical schemes. They actually gave us an opportunity to see just how wild and crazy they are.
There’s no doubt about it, we’re getting back jurisdiction over all our land. This is a big “hot potato” for Britain, Canada and Australia.
They British know that they cannot exercise sovereignty in Canada and Australia unless we let them. Their colonies have no jurisdiction. The only way left is to use the gun on us.
Australia recently declared martial law on the Aborigines for winning a landmark land case for a large portion of the continent. Now this group is being invaded. We’re in danger too if we win a case as it’s the same Crown.
We are dealing with the bankers and multi national corporations in England which are frightened of losing their control of our land and resources in Australia and Canada.
The MI-5 is very adept at setting up all kinds of traps like situations that would control Indigenous people in order to protect the corporate interests of their aristocracy on these two continents.
Let’s look at what happened today. Trans-Canada Highway 401 was blocked by the Ontario Provincial Police, not us. That was never our intention. We only blocked a road on our disputed land. The CBC and CTV continuously reported that the trains between Montreal and Toronto and between Toronto and Ottawa were not operating because they were supposedly blocked. That was false.
The CN Rail made the decision to not let the trains go through. Not us.
In the wee hours of this morning the OPP made phone calls to the parents of the protesters. They were told to put pressure on their kids to give themselves up to the police. After the parents lol, the OPP decided to scare them. They told the parents that there was going to be a big invasion. [What for?] It was a lie made up by OPP and Commissioner Fantino. The parents went there, saw that their kids were having a good time and then went home.
Police disinformation is part of their effort to set up what they hoped would be a deadly confrontation. To get worldwide coverage they needed something sensational, sinister and frightening to compare it with something that was going on in England at the same time. Bombs in two cars were found in London England today. They wanted to somehow link us in the viewer’s mind with terrorism in England.
The BBC called MNN all day long trying to talk to Shawn Brant, without success. If it had gone off as planned, he would have been portrayed as bad as any other terrorist.
The corporate media’s main stories were the day of action by us, two mysterious cars in London that supposedly had bombs in them, the appointing of the New Prime Minister of England and the parading of the Diana’s two sons to make the those gangsters, the Royal Family, look good. Another
major story is about a British Lord being tried for corruption and now the jury is deliberating on it. Again it deals with the British aristocracy and its attempts to maintain control over its so- called “dominion”.
The cars never exploded. They were being inspected nonchalantly by non-experts.
There was no violence whatsoever in any of the hundreds of demonstrations across Canada. It was never our intention. There was a build up all week featuring Phil Fontaine standing with the heads of different police forces across Canada, making everybody think there was going to be a fight between us and the police. Then they hoped that supporters would come to our aid and clash with the police and army. There was to be worldwide coverage of this.
The aristocracy still think we have to be put in our places and they are still in charge of all the “colonies”. “Those Indigenous better know their place”, they try to tell us. We tell them,
“You better uphold your obligations under the Two Row Wampum treaty to deal with us on a nation-to-nation basis”.

We are reclaiming our lives and everything that is ours. Tell your Queen that the Australian model of placing Aborigines under martial law is not going to fly here.
Oppressor class, you have to deal with us as a free people, as the rightful owners of the unsurrendered jurisdictions.
Phil Fontaine, go ahead and identify yourself with the Canadian oppressor class. We are not. We never agreed to be Canadians or British subjects. We never agreed to be forced to live on “reserves” when all of it is ours. We never agreed to the Indian Act or to any law the colonists brought here from Britain or France.
Everything is clear to us, that includes our right to the land that you call “title”. You have to treat us with respect for your own survival. You know now that your way doesn’t last. We’ve been here for 100,000 years. We created a perfect reality which you almost destroyed in a matter of 140 years. We will not listen to you except when you ask us how you are going to make amends.
When you arrived, this land was a paradise which we created. You came as naked robber barons and immediately went into a world of grasping and greed for our possessions. You hacked down our forests, our nut trees, our strawberry fields. You said you wanted to make a place to live and to create a haven for yourselves. Offering us $250 million for ten years for our land will mostly go to your buddy lawyers, negotiators and ad agencies to spin the whole deal. Are we revealing the nature of the beast and it is you? You can no longer hide behind that mask as the “peacemakers” of the world. You are now committing atrocities to others elsewhere just like you did to us. Your mining and oil exploration companies are wreaking havoc among indigenous people worldwide. We will resist your investment portfolios based on undermining us and theft of our possessions. We are going to try to stop you from benefiting from the proceeds of crime. The actions of your ancestors and yourselves violate human rights and international law.
How did your constitution come to defame, defile and corrupt our Great law, the greatest gift of democracy ever given to mankind?
Are Canadian citizens celebrating “Tax Freedom Day” by giving “only” 50% of their labor to the gluttonous parasites who live off the state and get paid big salaries for doing as they’re told and not doing anything of worth for the people? We heard that in the feudal days the peasants gave only a tenth of their earnings.
There was one quick communiqué from the Red-X, who stated from within the horrible conditions he is presently confined. Simply put, he uttered to MNN that “Subjugation shall flourish into liberation”.
What is it that you’re celebrating on Canada Day? Colonial gluttony? Think about this at that barbecue you’re going to have on July 1st. You’re eating the flesh of our brothers, the salmon. As you sink your jaws into the bloody flesh of your cows, either sliced into steaks or ground into hamburgers, are you celebrating the genocide of our kindred buffalo whose spirit had been with us since eternity? Does your fantasy take flight as you chomp on the bones of the flightless birds you brought in after you massacred the many beautiful species that were here? For those vegetarians eating potato salad and tomato aspic, think about the Indigenous people who developed these foods.
Have the kind of ‘Day’ you deserve as you watch your fireworks pollute the city sky with yet more smog and smoke. Don’t forget to watch the ‘schmaltzy Canadian culture” goings-in front of the Gothic limestone edifices, build on an Algonquin meeting ground, to try to convince yourselves that you’ve been here as long as the fossils. Thomas Walkom wrote today in the Toronto Star that the conservative government plans to give U.S. police agents carte blanche to carry guns in Canada. Last June 2006 undercover U.S. agents [U.S. Border Patrol and ATF] were caught monitoring the Six Nations standoff at Caledonia. Their presence was exposed publicly only after native protestors hijacked their car. Strangely, there was no political or public outcry over what would once have been considered a unconscionable violation of Canadian sovereignty. Instead our men were charged with interfering with these agents foreign to Canada.
What’s going on here? The government in Ottawa is handing Canada over to the U.S. The public is unknowingly allowing itself to be absorbed by the U.S. without demanding the rights that U.S. states and citizens have. It is allowing alien U.S. agencies to usurp Canadian policing functions. Is this an acknowledgement that, in reality, Canada has lost its sovereignty to the U.S., or that it never had any in the first place?
Canada has given their own police the right to shoot us even though we never surrendered our jurisdiction to this foreign state. Neither the U.S. nor Canadian foreigners have a right to shoot us without our permission. Now we see that officials in the Canadian state have covertly agreed to hand policing over to a foreign hegemonic power.
The colonists illegally took onto themselves this right to have life and death authority over us. They are not “our” police because we are not Canadian, never have been and never will be. Are Canadians now U.S. citizens without normal citizenship rights? If Canadians can assume that we’re Canadians without our consent, why can’t the U.S. assume that Canadians are U.S. citizens without their consent?
Presently the RCMP, OPP, SQ, even the “Indian” police forces, FBI, CIA, Homeland Security and the Buffalo Police are all answerable to a power that is foreign to the indigenous people of the land. The presence of these foreign police is not new. Canada gave themselves permission to attack us. The right for the U.S. to use arms against Canadians is new.
Stephen Harper quietly published these proposed regulatory changes in its Canada Gazette last weekend. It has not been signaled for discussion by the public at large. It isn’t meant to just accommodate air marshals who fly back and forth across the border. It applies to “other” situations like border enforcement initiatives between Canada and the United States and everything else.
The Six Nations operation by the ATF gives an indication of the kind of “large and liberal” interpretation that is being given to the concept of “border enforcement”. The dispute over the encroachment on the Haldimand Tract at Six Nations by the settlers was under dispute for over 200 years. It does not share any boundaries with the U.S. Yet the U.S. Border Patrol and ATF were involved.
If a U.S. agent killed someone in Canada [both states are on Indigenous soil], who would be responsible to charge, investigate and prosecute? We’ve been raising this issue of violations of our “jurisdiction” forever. We never surrendered any of our jurisdiction over us and our land. We have never granted authority to Canadians or the U.S. to carry guns on the soil that we are holding in trust for our future generations.
So why is Harper loosening the rules? Were they wining and dining him, and now they took him to their dirty bed? Why is he changing the law without the consent of Parliament or Indigenous people without a full, fair and honest public discussion? Ottawa gives no reason. The U.S. colonial agents are policing someone else's colony. The U.S. has already expanded its security and police presence in Canada. The FBI opened high tech offices in Ottawa right across from the Parliament Buildings.
The public inquiry into the imprisonment and torture of Maher Arar revealed that FBI and other U.S. agencies routinely took part in RCMP meetings dealing with his case. This scandalous case should have put people on notice.
Is Harper the “Trojan Horse” that got inside of Canada and took it over on behalf of the U.S.? The dark cloud is pulling over our land. It has no roots here. When Hitler went into Austria during WWII, he prepared them well in advance for his coming. He had sent in secret agents to take over all the levers of power, the corporations, the government, the police and the military. When the time came, the Austrians welcomed him with open arms, parades and waving German flags. The U.S. will march into Ottawa waving the Stars and Stripe with a tiny little Swastika down in the corner. They will be welcomed by the government, the police and the military. The U.S. is following this pattern. They are taking over without firing a shot.
No one is resisting this except the Indigenous people because it’s all ours, the land, the resources, the spirit.

Canadians demand common policing protocol for all June 29 demonstrations
As police and governments rattle their sabres at the 'natives', many Canadians prepare to Indigenous Peoples of Canada in protest of the governments lack of good faith in resolving land and sovereignty disputes. With today's OPP finger wagging and public signing of a document for police intervention, I am prompted to wonder ... Will there be different police responses to native and non-native protesters on June 29 2007 as there were at Caledonia on April 20 2006?
On April 20 2006 at Kanonhstaton/Caledonia, 150 tactical OPP police brutally attacked 16 Haudenosaunee Six Nations parents, grandparents and youth, chasing them down, five OPP on each, women and elders first, men tasered and beaten trying to help parents, 5 on one beating them, cuffing, restraining, dragging them through the dirt, arresting and convicting them on the spot.
Non-native supporters were driven off the site at gunpoint, not beaten, not arrested, not charged.
Canadians for Aboriginal Rights demand to know: What exactly are the implications of the RCMP agreement, or other policing policies for the June 29 activities of ALL participants in the National Day of Action, both aboriginal and non-aboriginal? What consistent and common protocol will be implemented in ALL military, security and police jurisdictions and police procedures for all people on June 29?
There are many 'solidarity' blockades, parades and demonstrations planned, in all major centres and elsewhere. It has kind of caught on as a bit of necessary Canadian 'street theatre'. 68% of Canadians want the government to honour aboriginal rights and treaties. We are extremely fed up with what we see as government duplicity, ill intent and failure to honour the laws of Canada OR Canada OR Canadians. 33% of CANADIANS SUPPORT THE BLOCKADES, more Canadians than typically support our governments. This is about failure of ALL governments in Canada, past and present, federal and provincial, and municipal to adequately provide respect, truth, fairness and rule of law in our relations with Indigenous Peoples in Canada
We note that parades and civic demonstrations often hold up and reroute traffic, whether automobile, train or shipping. We will be blocking transportation corridors, etc. as necessary to our demonstrations and celebrations, as is normal for parades and civic action days. We assume the same policing protocol would apply to this National Day of Action.
We would like assurance that there will be a consistent protocol for ALL National Day of Action blockade/parade - type activities, regardless of where the blockade/parade may be or who initiated it or who is participating. Many actions will be combined efforts of aboriginal and non-aboriginal people: children, youth, adults: parents, grandparents and elders.
I look forward to hearing what the common police protocol will be for ALL participants in ALL blockades, parades and demonstrations on June 29.

Our Draft demands for immediate action by governments are:
Canada's immediate public education about our existing Two Row Wampum Treaty of Alliance (1693, 1867, 1982) with Canada's allies, the sovereign people of the Haudenosaunee Six Nations Confederacy.
Federal, provincial and municipal governments will immediately inform all Canadians of the location of ALL disputed land, and place a moratorium on all unilateral development on those lands until land disputes are resolved, or "free, prior and informed consent" is obtained from Indigenous peoples asserting rights on those lands.
The UN Declaration of Rights of Indigenous Peoples will receive Canada's immediate, public endorsement and implementation, followed by passing it at the UN and and signing the Declaration on behalf of all Canadian people, including the above statement on consent.
Ipperwash Camp and Park will be immediately cleared for title of the Stony Point Nation, along with public education about their independence as sovereign Indigenous people.
Commitment to full cooperation with The International Human Rights Tribunal into Genocide in Canada beginning in September 2007 by all national, provincial and territorial, and municipal governments and all agencies and bodies and 'creatures' of same. This is an investigation of the death and disappearance of children in the 'Indian' Residential Schools up to 1996, and other crimes perpetrated against Indigenous Peoples in Canada. The Tribunal is run by Indigenous Peoples with International oversight, within traditional indigenous justice procedures.
Tyendinaga Mohawk Police Chief Larry Hay must be immediately reinstated , with apology. Chief Hay was suspended for relating his experiences with racism in the OPP and RCMP. Justice Linden, in the Report of the Ipperwash Inquiry, related the same facts about the OPP. Larry Hay should be commended for speaking the truth. His suspension is an obvious attempt to suppress the truth by the OPP, and apparent political interference with internal Tyendinaga Mohawk business.
The Ontario government must immediately cancel the license of Thurlow Aggregates and begin cleanup of the toxic waste at the Tyendinaga quarry.
Health Canada must withdraw its complaint against Dr. John O'Connor, and he must be immediately reinstated to continue to try to protect the people of Fort Chipewyan, Alberta.
Canada must Immediately cease and desist in all aggressive actions against Indigenous Peoples of Canada and their land and resources.

MNN. June 14, 2007. The colonizers just don’t get it. The squatters can’t give us what is ours. Even their Supreme Court acknowledged that we were already living in organized societies before Europeans arrived to kill us and pillage our land.
Legally speaking the colonizers can’t dictate anything to us, but they kept on trying. Now they want to put what they stole from us under their own made-up foreign scheme called “‘unsettling’ land claims”. They want to pay us with our money they made from stealing our land and resources. They’re trying to make reparations for one crime by committing another. It’s like playing poker with someone who doesn’t have any money and keeps borrowing from us to raise their anti. Then they egg us on by telling us we can win big! We just want the colonizers to get their butts out of here.
We don’t care whether they call it “specific” theft or “comprehensive” theft, its theft! They should admit their ancestors were cheats, vagabonds, liars, murderers and pedophiles. In the U.S. a former Customs Agent was sentenced to 6,242 years for sexually exploiting a young girl over a two-year period. The colonizers have been raping us and our land for over 500 years. These criminals should be banished forever. We will not accept the murder of our future generations through another attempt to steal our land and resources. It’s over!
Canada is trying to weasel out of the agreements they’ve already made.
We can’t trust them. Sections 109 and 132 of the BNA Act 1867 lay out respect for our inherent rights and the process that was set up to relinquish it if we so chose. We did’nt do that because we can’t. Canada keeps violating its own laws and the British constitution that set them up.
Our jurisdiction can never change. It is the fact of our existence. We’ve been created as part of the natural world on Turtle Island. We can’t be separated from who we are. When we look at our children, we see our past, present and future.
We can’t roam hither and yon as the colonists do, like a bunch of nomads looking for a home and a father. Colonists pride themselves in coming from “Heinz 57” varieties of ancestry and being able to pick up and move anywhere they want. We hear them say, “My mother is part English, part German and part Metis. My father is part Italian, part Greek and my grandmother may be a Cherokee Princess”. Mutts are mutts! Bow wow!
Who are these strangers? They don’t seem to have ties to any land, except to exploit and destroy it. They rape and pollute the environment on such a grand scale, without concerns for their future generations. To make a buck or two they’re willing to release lethal poisons that will take 250,000 or 1 million years to clean up. The whole world is living on the last 10% of the fish stocks.
Their wacky ideas about Turtle Island is conditioned by the colonial maps they color in kindergarten depicting their artificial colonial borders. It shows the divisions of the goods they stole from us. Their history is about colonization of Turtle Island by carrying out the bidding of their elite masters in Europe.
Because of this miseducation, immigrants and their descendants think it’s okay to come here and exploit us and our resources, to rape and pillage our land and then leave and start up a store somewhere else. Next, it’s outer space. We hear there’s water on Mars! Go! Go! Go!
They were not taught that their ancestors came here as indentured servants, which is a cut above a slave. They still are. “Citizen” is just another word for slave. They had to follow the command of some idiotic upper class generals who ran the colonies, or be shot for treason.
Immigrants are told that this is an empty land, waiting to be “developed” and our resources are here for the taking. They aren’t taught about our natural territories, our names for the land, our system of government , how we conducted our societies, and how we dealt with the death and oppression that came rolling upon us.
The immigrants become Canadians by swearing an oath of allegiance to their foreign queen. She is the formal head of this weed that has encroached on our land. They invited their people to come and live on our land on the condition that they ignore us and participate in oppressing us.
Prince Harry, the Queen’s grandson, is in Alberta for military training. He’s believed to be specializing in cruising bars and groping barmaids. With a little luck, maybe on the June 29th day of action, they’ll send him to us. They’ll shine his armor and hoist him onto a hefty steed so he can defend the honor of the crown. Bring him on! We won’t harm the messenger. When he sobers up, we hope he can take our message back: respect our treaties and honor your granny in right of Her Majesty. “Granny, they’re picking on me” She’ll tell him, “Oh, Come on home. Let the suckers go to Iraq!”
Colonialism is an addiction to short term gain that doesn’t think about tomorrow. It’s like druggies who shoot up or smoke up without thinking about who and what is going to look after things while they’re in their temporary ‘nirvana’. Rehabilitation of colonists is futile. They’re too far gone.
We are watching the decline of the North American empire. The cities are falling apart.
The colonial system is declining because it depends on top down hierarchical dis-organization. It needs a guy at the top to make decisions for them. When there isn’t anyone smart enough to run the whole scam, it all falls apart. Look at the mess the RCMP is in. The management has been caught pilfering from their own pension fund.
The colonial system only works when the people support it. When the people decide they don’t want the system anymore, it will break down. It’s all been seen before. Remember the Roman Empire! It was Britain’s model. When it got corrupt it fell like a ton of bricks.
Many people are disillusioned because it’s becoming a tax collecting machine that uses fear to oppress, confuse and control. This system benefits a few lazy greedy gluttons who want to live in luxury while the rest starve.
You can tell it’s collapsing because the cities are decaying. Montreal is covered with cheap freeways that were built in a hurry. Chunks of concrete are falling on people’s heads. Sometimes whole sections of overpasses collapse crushing whoever happens to be driving beneath. There is inflation. Look at the price of housing. You have to be a millionaire these days just to buy a little shack.
The foreign bankers are invading and taking over businesses. There’s almost no such thing as a local general store anymore. Colonial laws are organized to set up these foreign takeovers by corporations that are based somewhere offshore or in London, Paris, Cayman Islands or wherever. This makes them free to suck the lifeblood out of the land and the people without any thought for the future.
Colonial states have always functioned in the interests of foreigners. The colonizing culture is like a cancer that’s invaded our land and will kill the host unless the body becomes strong enough to resist it. We try not to be part of the cancer and its lifestyle. We have to find a way to survive until it eats itself up and dies, which we hope is soon.
They have no claim to any of our land. There is nothing to negotiate. They just have to remove themselves from where they don’t belong. They have to negotiate with their own people, like those in Caledonia. First they have to admit that the federal and provincial governments committed fraud by giving them false titles. Then they have to figure out how to get them off.
Their offer to us! Like they think that we think they’re giving us something! We aren’t idiots! The colonizers can dictate anything they want, we’re just not buying into their hoax!

MNN. June 9, 2007. Hundreds of millions of Africans are sick and starving because of corporate greed and exploitation. We’ve all heard about those 80 year old grandmothers struggling to feed 8 or 9 children orphaned by AIDS. Sometimes they skip meals for two or three days. Canadians want to help.
Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper’s, response' He cut the aid that was already promised. One of the world's biggest rock stars, Bono, lead singer of U2, ripped him up. Numerous people told Bono about this “slime bag’s” antics. He accused Harper of blocking $60 billion in aid to Africa at the current G8 Summit in Heilgendamm, Germany.
Harper fake excuse is that “Accountability is very important." Let’s see what Ottawa does with taxpayer’s money. There’s the cut of services and programs to Kanehsatake and the $58 million diverted to a stolen corporation for the benefit of Ottawa and Quebec bureaucrats, lawyers and politicians?
Harper looks away from the third world conditions that were created here as part of their policy of genocide - no electricity or clean water, schools without roofs, contaminated homes, mothers without vaccinations for their children, and generally poor health care. We can’t look after ourselves when we have no food, no jobs and not even our health. We are trying to rebuild our families despite dire circumstances.
There’s lots of money for other grand schemes though. Take for example CONK, Confederation of Aboriginal People of Canada. Super grand chief Guillaume “Billy Zee Kid” Carle has laid claim to all undeveloped crown land. What authority does he have to do this? He and “Mr. [Cheap Bargain] Aubin” of “International Inc.” claim to have a contract for $50 million USD from oil companies across Canada. Mr. Aubin has offices in Montreal, New York City and Paris France. Their job is get rid of Indian Affairs, to set up a new “private” regime that will take over Indigenous land and us.
Guillaume Carle is a non-native posing as a Metis-Mohawk-Nippising-Algonquin-Western “tribe” native. People like him are showing up in our door steps looking for those who are ready to be paid and bought off.
“Carpetbagging” is not new on Turtle Island. At the end of the U.S. Civil War carpetbaggers swarmed from the north to take advantage of the south. It was one crook ripping off another! The California “Gold Rush” had opportunists rushing out there to set up bars and whore houses for the speculators. It looks like “Madame” Stephen Harper is more interested in “fish net” stockings than philanthropy. He and his masters are going to be the “pimps” reaping all they can from their “Little Whore House on the Prairie in Calgary”.
Canada is trying to get rid of its legal obligations to us. It’s moles behind the scenes are busy removing any protections we may once have had under treaties, agreements and international law.
They plan to get rid of the current “broker”, Indian Affairs, where all the resource royalties and lands are registered. The “multi’s” want to go directly to individual “Indians” who are not knowledgeable in colonial larcenous ways.
Carpetbaggers and scam artists are crawling all over the place. They are looking for suckers and sadists willing to take a few dollars to be fronts for oil, mining and resource companies. As “native” companies, they are exempt from taxes and regulations. Mohawk Internet Technology of Kahnawake is a good example. Non-natives use our tax-free sovereign status to set up businesses and pay a few bucks to the Kahnawake band council. Compensation goes to individuals willing to look the other way. These non-natives rake in billions in profits.
Billionaire European bankers and multinational corporations are behind these carpetbaggers who are backed by the U.S. and Canadian oligarchy and their corporate controlled politicians. In the midst of these schemes Harper has been catapulted to prominence. He’s not just a naive Canadian middle class dummy who happen to be elected Prime Minister of a dull powerless branch plant state. He now aspires to be “the Vice President of the United States of America”. He wants to drive the last nail into the coffin and join the rowdies down South. It would be so much more efficient that way. When the U.S. and Canada get married, then the mega-corporations will have only one set of elections to fix.
Harper has already announced that he has “plans” for us. It looks like he is already using CONK and AFN [Assembly of First Nations], his “pseudo Indian” organizations, to hand us and our possessions directly over to corporations and multinationals.
Surreptitious maneuvers have been underway for a long time. Harper’s job is to ram laws and legislation through Parliament to set up this foreign control. The bureaucrats are already getting ready to move over and start running these new corporations.
Could this be why Harper is blocking the UN Declaration on Indigenous Rights, Kyoto and others? He is anti-Indian, anti-Canada and anti-human. He is telling the world that our land that he calls “his” Canada is open for business. By this he means he’s giving carte blanche to another set of greedy outsiders to come in and rape, pillage and pollute our land. Forget those Africans! This is what that snake oil salesman calls “diverting business our way”. Trouble is we won’t be robbed and raped if we can help it.
Canada is setting up something similar to a “Guantanamo Bay”. Ottawa is trying to find a way to put blanket charges on all of us for being born Indigenous, along with conditions on how we should act. “If you’re native, you must be guilty of something”, is the way they think. Ottawa criminalizes us for defending ourselves from their armed attacks and white collar crimes which are happening on a grand scale every day.
Ottawa’s message to us is, “If you make problems for us, we are going to act on those charges that we’ve created”.
These threats are meant to silence us. Then they will delay acting on the charges but keep forcing us into their colonial courts to meet all kinds of wacky conditions they’ve put on us. Eventually the phony charges will be dropped because they have no legal basis.
They want to beat us into submission until we confess to some heinous crime, like dropping the bomb on Nagasaki, “You were the co-pilot on that plane, weren’t you?”
Why do they keep going after us? Is our resistance getting to them? They’ve tried everything – the holocaust, diseases, sending their pedophiles among us to destroy us. We will never stop our resistance to assimilation and speaking out about their theft and brutality.
These carpetbaggers are also swarming around us to grab the $27,000 a head some of us are getting for the residential school abuse. It’s sickening. These poor people are going to be convinced to invest in foreign controlled “pie in the sky” companies.
We refuse to be controlled and dominated by anyone. Ottawa thinks, “We have to make those Onkwehonweh grovel. You Indigenous people will lick our feet like everyone else in the world. We will break you and we will show you what we can do to you for resisting us”.
We’ve been waiting for their “new” strategy. It’s really old. 500 years have passed since the colonists invaded our land. They found a proud self-sufficient people. We stand up to them and they can’t hack it. They want us to disappear. We will not. They’re trying to pretend we’re not there anyway. They keep coming in with their dump trucks to cart away our possessions and dump their garbage on us. We’ve got you, babe! This land is ours! It’s not for sale. It ain’t yours, so you can’t give it to anyone else. We are one of the last survivors of the totalitarian movement that is trying to take over the world.
Harper recently lectured Russian President Vladimir Putin for not allowing dissent and “destroying democracy”. Is this a case of the pot calling the kettle black? Harper himself is getting rid of Parliamentary and committee dissent, muzzling the press and arresting Indigenous dissenters for standing up to despotism in Canada. It’s like Mouselini trying to lecture Stalin on democracy!

$58 Million to Foot Kanehsatake War.
MNN. June 2, 2007. This is a story about psychotic bureaucrats and reckless senior Quebec and Ottawa officials who worked out plans to destroy the people of Kanehsatake. They blackmailed their puppets, like greedy James Gabriel, “You do this and that or you don’t get the money”. They wanted to get the niobium mine going and to make Kanehsatake part of the municipality of Oka who would run our territory. To do this, they had to remove the Mohawks from the land under which lays the mineral coveted by the military-industrial complex, niobium.
Though it’s a public company, Quebec, Canada and US are all share holders in Niocan Inc. “Niobium” is rare. It makes steel stronger, lighter and more flexible than they are. The military wants this for warheads, missiles, outer space exploration and to take over the universe. We’ve been fighting against this mine since the 1970s.
We have been wondering why millions of dollars were spent on our community.
Tests were done by going down certain levels into the earth. Mirslav Nastiv, of Natural Resources Canada, found out that Niocan had tampered with the testing of the area. When the rocks are disturbed, cancerous radon gases were released. We now have one of the highest levels of cancer in our community. The hearings concluded that Niocan could not be licensed because of our land claim and that we had not been consulted. [Was this salting “Bre-X” style?]
Grand chief James Gabriel was a court appointed chief. His mentor was lawyer, Eric Maldoff, of Heenan & Blaikie of Montreal. He was sent into Kanehsatake by former Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, with orders to “keep Kanehsatake off the front pages”. Maldoff became James Gabriel’s “Canadian idol”. The button to send in the militia to take us over on January 12, 2004 was pushed by former Prime Minister Paul Martin.
After the Mohawk Crisis of 1990 we set up the Mohawk Coalition with three objectives: 1. Consult with people on issues relating to land, governance and economic development; 2. Represent the people according to our mandate in negotiations relating to land; and 3. Receive and disburse any monies transferred from the government for the above purposes. The Coalition was never dissolved. In 1999 Indian Affairs got James Gabriel and Clarence Simon to secretly reregistered it in Quebec. Then they funnelled millions in government funds and bought weapons and vehicles registered to the corporation.
According to the 750 pages of ‘Access to Information’ documents we have, the whole scheme was laid out for many years. The documents are between high level bureaucrats – Jacques Chagnon of Quebec Public Security, Rob Write and Eric Maldoff of the Privy Council Office, Chantal Bernier and Ann McLellan of the Solicitor General’s Office, Wayne Easter of Justice, Walter Walling and Andy Scott for Indian Affairs. They all worked hand in hand to take us down.
Their goal was to take down the people, the Police Commission and the cigarette stores. To do this they had to control the policing, criminalize us and demonize us through high cost public relations like Communications [“sponsorship scandal”] Strategy of Montreal. They worked for both Indian Affairs and Niocan and are still under criminal investigation. They decided the best way to control us at gunpoint.
From 2003 to the present Indian Affairs directed funds and manipulated the one sided war on Kanehsatake. Treasury Board Acts were violated to divert $58 million into a stolen corporation. To set it up, Indian Affairs got James Gabriel to mismanage our money so they could push third party and co-management on us, putting Hartell and PriceWaterhouseCooper in charge, each receiving millions of our money. We were never told of this re-routing of our money.
In a December 16, 2003, letter from Grand Chief James Gabriel to Peter Fisher of Ann McLellan’s office, secret deals and meetings were reported./ Eric Maldoff and Walter Walling had no business being involved in these policing meetings. These documents proved that Eric, Ann, Walter and the others plotted for many years before the armed attack on us on January 12, 2004.
Indian Affairs paid for 16 court cases that James Gabriel launched against us for asking too many questions. They wanted to return ultimate power to their puppet, James Gabriel.
In 2003 James Gabriel started hiring the goons. 67 were recruited from Quebec. Chief Ted Moses of the Crees said they were lied to about the operation. He pulled out his men. Most of the goons were called “Raccoon babysitters”, with arms-length criminal records, untrained in guns, some were lumberjacks and many were not legally allowed to carry guns, let alone sniper rifles.
In 1996 PCO hired Richard Walsh, a known felon, to find dirt and set us up. He said just about every one in Kanehsatake was a “criminal”. Indian Affairs gave $900,000 for the raid on our police station.
$58 million was diverted through the stolen corporation to James Gabriel’s militia. In the meantime our programs and services were cut.
Yes, $58 million can fund a big war. Millions were given to James Gabriel and his militia to buy illegal weapons. If Canada is a decent law-abiding country, don’t go to the RCMP. The RCMP bought the weaponry April 2003, one year before the raid. This included: 30,000 bullets for every man woman and child; international sniper rifles; Ruger range rifles; cases and cases of 30 round automatic clips; body bags; MP 5’s [an illegal silencer] by HK with all the accessories, which is not standard police equipment; M9-63 vision goggles; SL 6-37 mm Multy-Role 6 shot ‘launcher’ [what!!]; S-N 717; 3-speed heat # 2CS continuous discharge grenade; 12 – t16-cs Flameless Explusion Grenade; tasers; tear gas; concussion grenades; M16s, Perabolic microphones and other spy equipment; flak jackets; Winchester 55GR full metal jacket; AR 15s; M 40s; Magnums [maybe even tanks in the bushes!]; ballistic shields; Icom radios; Marine binoculars; Tri-chamber flameless expulsion grenades CS in a canister marked “toxic” by National Defense; crowd control pepper spray; Cassette tape recorder to entertain the troops while on duty; Multiport Plus distraction device from National Defence; and lots of other toys not on the list. Lethal or what?
Also purchased were cars and all the computers and technical equipment needed to set up a topnotch police station for Kanehsatake in Laval. These are mostly high tech military equipment not issued to just any military and certainly not to any police. A lot of the weaponry disappeared.
A list of vehicles from the Manowan Police Station, dated May 4, 2004. [Leon Newashish 819-971-8861, Richard Moar and Serge Fontaine] shows that between April 15–23, 2004, more than 10 vehicles were purchased. Of these only 3 were insured as police vehicles or registered at the Quebec Vehicle registry office. At least 3 were sold to chief of police and favored members of the community for $300-$400. One was $42,000 charged to the KMP and a PriceWaterhouseCooper trust account. One vehicle was registered and insured as a police vehicle, according to Jean Pierre Godbout of Samson & Associates of Ottawa who did the preliminary audit investigation.
To register these cars, they stole the “Mohawk Coalition” non-profit corporation. Eric and Walter helped funnel all this money into it.
In a “Secret” Quebec Public Security document dated September 20, 2005, entitled “Strategic Considerations”, Chantal Bernier and Public Security decided to make changes to Kanehsatake governance. Senior bureaucrats changed the procedures for validating a band council resolution. In an August 3, 2006 letter from Quebec Regional office, Indian Affairs decided that “a council resolution is valid as long as it is accepted by a majority of the council”. This they said “was strictly motivated by a concern for consensus in the community” on public safety. This was to make sure their puppet James Gabriel got and kept power.
The rigged election of 2005 was funded and manipulated by Indian Affairs. They gave money to James Gabriel and his favored candidates. Indian Affairs and Eric Maldoff monitored it closely. Monique Gagnon of Quebec Regional office gave “extraordinary funding to deal with the general election, the various litigation stemming” in case James Gabriel lost. Even so, James Gabriel did lose to Steve Bonspille. An additional $500,000 was transferred to cover his expenses. They wanted a “winning condition” and illegally extended his term of office until the election.
In 2005 the six chiefs who were under the influence of Indian Affairs took an action in Federal Court to fire Steve Bonspille, who refused to sign their sell-out proposals and to stop him from having public meetings.
The band council signed Bill S24 to municipalize Kanehsatake and harmonize it with Oka. Steve Bonspille refused to sign. The mayors and the government were informed, “No deals”. There is a forensic audit going on as well.
To get this $58 million the funds went through the Solicitor General’s Office, Public Safety, Indian Affairs and Eric Maldoff for the PCO.
All this for Niocan Inc.
Jacques Chagnon, then Minister of Public Security for Quebec, said that, according to the “Police Act”, these mercenaries could not come to another territory carrying guns in their trunks without being sworn in by Public Security. James Gabriel himself swore them in at the Laval Hilton Hotel where all the guns were stored. There are videos of this. The Quebec Police SQ pulled out of the operation because “it was too dangerous”.
Public Security Emergency Preparedness Canada contracted an independent auditor [Samson & Associates of Ottawa] to audit policing funds received from Public Security Canada and Quebec. The August 2, 2006 report found that funds were provided by Indian Affairs to the militia. Money was taken from health, education and welfare of the community and funneled to policing. “Bullets for books!”
Public Security Minister, Stockwell Day, said there is enough evidence to warrant a forensic audit of the Kanehsatake Police and James Gabriel’s former council along with all their Ottawa and Quebec masterminds.
Peter Hutchens of Hutchens Grants and Associates knew that this corporation had been stolen from the Mohawk Coalition. [Peter Hutchens, 514-849-2403 admin@hsgiegal.ca]. Mary Cree was on the original board. She contacted Hutchens to see if it was still active. He advised her to resign.
Steve Bonspille wrote to Indian Affairs Minister Jim Prentice about the theft of the corporation. Steve found out that the Corporation was taken to the Quebec Corporations Office and re-registered in the names of James Gabriel, Clarence Simon and Leona Bonspille. It was reset up to funnel all funding for band activities, purchases, policing, economic development and education. The money was diverted to set up the militia. This constituted fraud. This is way more than the usual budget for Kanehsatake.
In July 26, 2006 Steve asked the minister, “Could they stop the operations of the council and the negotiation process?” Prentice never answered. In a letter dated August 29, 2006, Pierre Nepton, the Quebec Regional director danced around this question.
There needs to be a public inquiry with subpoena powers and to lay charges.
Jacques Chagnon, in a transcript dated January 13, 2006, rips apart the illegal Mohawk raid of January 12, 2004. He lays blame for the debacle on Ottawa. James Gabriel made power plays with “mercenaries” hired with federal funds. The raid was illegal, “Duplessis-like”. He personally blames James Gabriel and Wayne Easter of the Solicitor Generals Office for the [foolhardy and dangerous] January 12, 2004 operation. In particular, Wayne Easter should never have authorized a $900,000 special anti-crime subsidy to the Kanehsatake band council for this operation. The federal government should have “heeded the advice” of the RCMP and the SQ which said the raid would be a big mistake. Chagnon added he would never have approved the recruiting of Aboriginal “mercenaries” from reserves across Quebec. He thinks that Gabriel was trying to establish “absolute power” [at gunpoint].
Chagnon goes on to say that the media was directed by the public relations “spinners” to make James Gabriel into a “martyr saint”. Gabriel pulled off a “tour de force” getting himself armed by Ottawa, using totally illegal methods to bring in an army of mercenaries into the territory to replace the chief of police. 418-991-6523 lucie.baulne@psepc-sppcc.gc.ca.
Cry Baby James. When the ‘forensic audit’ walls came crashing down in 2007, Maldoff disappeared under his rock to protect his reputation and money. He was making $1.5 million as a “slime ball” broker. The PCO accepted it. James Gabriel didn’t want to be left holding the bag. He begged the minister for Maldoff’s return, to at least be his “mentor”[mental].

MNN. May 26, 2007. Brothers, Sisters, Friends and Allies: Let's support our young people. STOP RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS "PLAN B". Canada still wants to assimilate us at the bottom of their heap to be unskilled janitors, ditch diggers and char ladies - cheap. No way! They want to back out of their obligations to support our right to education. Our kids aren't being duped.
The First Nations Education Council is planning a peaceful gathering on Tuesday, May 29th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. This is when Minister of Indian Affairs, Jim Prentice will be presenting his budget cuts to the Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs. The public needs to know about the underhanded way the government is trying to break down our education system.
On Monday, May 28, 2007 a press conference will be held in Ottawa.
We are just starting to recover from the North American Indian holocaust and the genocidal residential schools assimilation strategy. Our population was almost wiped out. Canada set out to cripple our nations and kill off generations more of our people. They wanted us to stop from transmitting our knowledge and our culture. They did not want independent thinkers and independent nations. It didn't work.
Now Canada is trying for another kick at the can. We can't fund our education independently because Canada has stolen our resources and is selling them off for a pittance to multi national corporations. Canada has mismanaged our resources so badly that large areas of our land are now poisoned and will be a hazard instead of a resource for generations to come. So many renewable resources like fisheries have been destroyed. This has forced us to become dependent on the Canadian style economy.
Canada salivates after our resources. They pretend to own them and act as if they are doing us a favor when they "give us" a few dribs and drabs of our resources. The education cuts prove that Canada doesn't want well-educated young Indigenous people who can question them and explain why the land and resources belong to our future generations.
Under international law Canada is required to provide funding so we can educate our young people about our history the way we see it. Canada refuses to do this. It's kept tight fisted control on our money. Let's end these rape and pillage colonial policies. Let's stop Canada from ducking its obligations.
We need support for our young people from everyone who wants to wipe out the social disease of colonialism. Shortchanging indigenous youth is short changing everyone.

MNN. May 21, 2007. Canadian Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, or whoever really runs the Canadian dictatorship, has wiped out any pretension that Canada ever was a democratic country. He did this by obstructing democratic parliamentary debate on the use of Canadian taxes. If Canadian cops were on their toes as true defenders of law and order, he could be charged under the Criminal Code of Canada, Section 129.1. He intentionally, with malice aforethought, obstructed parliamentarians who were engaged in enforcing the laws concerning “revenues, customs, excise, trade or navigation”.
Harper outlined his methods in a 200-page manual showing his party members how to obstruct justice and democratic due process. This is a major constitutional crisis that can’t be swept under the carpet. Right now he’s hiding out in Afghanistan.
The public is getting so confused they don’t know what the rules are anymore. Big business and big government want to keep them in a trance. If someone sees a baby being killed, they’re afraid to help because they might be arrested for intruding on someone else’s rights.
Harper and the two major political parties see the people as the enemy, particularly us, the Indigenous people. He needs a personalized target. It looks like hysteria is being created deliberately to set us up as the threat. In the 911 model, the threat is more terrifying than the action. He steers the public to vent their anger and hatred on us. That’s how he was able to push through the anti-terrorism legislation. He got rid of habeas corpus and usurped peoples’ right to the sanctity of their home.
Harper obviously has no rules for himself. It looks like he thinks democratic institutions won’t work. They certainly have never treated us humanely or respected our sovereign rights as the legal owners of the land and resources of Turtle Island.
Harper wants severe rules and regulations over everybody, especially the media. He does not want to be judged. He doesn’t even want us to have our minds in gear. Through propaganda and brute force, people are losing their freedom to sociopaths and demagogues.
How does one know when the government is corrupt? When the public leaders lie. When the public doesn’t object. Then nobody can tell what’s true anymore. Harper has hamstrung the Parliamentary committees so there is no free open discussion. The cabinet decrees laws, sets the agenda and cancels hearings at will. Once lies have become the status quo there can be no real communication. All words become meaningless babble or catch phrases.
Canada and the U.S. have turned into oligarchies controlled by a small elite who act on behalf of multinational corporations controlled from afar. They are fronts for international investors to get the leases to run the assets and drain the resources on Turtle Island.
Starting the 1960s the middle-class was meticulously destroyed. They were attacked as being materialistic, decadent, bourgeois, degenerate, imperialistic, war mongers, brutal and corrupt. This is true in the way they ran the Indian Affairs bureaucracies where colonial control of the lands and resources reside. This is a kind of rot and disease spreading through the colonial constitutional trees on Turtle Island.
Indian Affairs Minister Jim “Jonestown” Prentice announced fundamental changes to the way aboriginal land claims are to be settled. We wouldn’t be surprised if the next thing he announces is his plan to lease out the settling of land claims to private corporate structures on some kind of profit-sharing basis. We demand that the land claims be mediated by a neutral and mutually agreed upon third party. The “other” party cannot be anyone from the federal, provincial, territorial or local “Indian” entities set up by Canada. Nor can they be any of the corporations that act as the puppet masters for Canada’s pseudo government.
Are they working on privatizing Indian Affairs? Don’t laugh! This has already been tried in Kanehsatake and on many other communities by placing its management under the control of private companies. It was a catastrophe for Indigenous people and a bonanza for the accounting and management firms. All the money went to the companies, the lawyers and a few cooperative band councilors. Services were stopped. The Indigenous People got less than before.
Indian Affairs could be planning to lease us out to multinational investors who want to get their paws on our land, hydro electric power, resources and diamonds that can be extracted from our land in the north. This happened before when they leased out our education to church run residential schools, whose staff got their paws and other parts on our young children, molesting and killing them with impunity.
The Crown would love to get out of its legal responsibility to us by handing us over to corporations who have no obligations. Their only agenda is profit! Not service for the people. Not living up to the treaties. They have to cut costs, services, streamline everything and put their friends in big jobs with fat salaries.
The big pie in the sky is “leasing”. It is really the “confiscation” of all lands, resources, public assets and programs by international investors. The plan is already operational. Assets have already been confiscated such as highways, cable, television, electricity, internet, water, prisons, schools, health care, private police forces, airports, parking garages, social services, welfare, pensions, housing, drug and alcohol treatment programs, adoptions, programs for the elderly, road maintenance, garbage collection, environmental protection, job training and placement, child support enforcement, child care, child protection – get the picture? Even the management of all these assets and programs are being privatized and leased out.
So what happens when you have a complaint? You can’t go to your member of parliament. The lease holder might be in Singapore or Zurich Switzerland, 5,000 miles away! They’re probably run by numbered companies.
Does this mean that people don’t have to pay taxes anymore? The Treasury Board will give Indian Affairs $9 billion who turn it over to an offshore multinational corporation which is the leaseholder that is headquartered in Paris France.
The private sector can raise costs and authority on the assets they lease. The government doesn’t have to answer to the public. It’s all international. The head office might be in Germany or wherever. They don’t understand what you’re talking about. Your call will go to a call center in India. You’ll be put on hold and then passed around to five others whose job is to give you a nervous breakdown. Don’t think you’re going to get an answer about the plumbing leak in your rental apartment, or the 200% increase in the road tolls you have to pay just to get home.
Would this be considered high treason? It is when the government is consorting with foreign entities that destroy the economy and rob them of those things they stole from us.
The local brokers of these leases/confiscations are making out like bandits.
Rudy Giuliani of 911 fame is the exclusive lawyer for Cintra of Spain, which is headed by Prince Juan Carlos. Cintra is now the proud owner of what was once the “Chicago Skyway”. They are working on getting the Midway Airport too. The leases are for 75 to 99 years. Once leased they are exempt from taxation. Upstate New York recently signed the same sort of lease with National Express Group of London UK which specializes in rail and bus transport.
Some U.S. municipalities are trying get their water systems back. But they keep getting outbid by Illinois American Water which is owned by a German investor that is also functioning in 29 U.S. states.
These international corporations are gaining control of the cities. Today one can’t get into some cities without paying tolls and the infra structures are falling apart. Canadians will soon be trapped in just like Indigenous People.
Were going back to the middle ages, man! Prisons have been privatized to save money. Correction Corporation of America runs half the private prisons and expects to double their investment in 5 years. Costs must be minimized. Jails must be kept full. Less is spent on prisoner care and training of guards. To maximize profits jail time must be maximized. In some prisons the inmates work for 17 cents an hour making clothes, car parts, computer components, shoes and furniture. It’s not just license plates anymore. This is going on even though it’s a violation of international law.
The “three strikes you’re out” law in California is coming soon to Canada, your home on native land. So Congress is being heavily lobbied to increase sentences. Correction Corporation and corrections officers are some of the largest campaign contributors in California. Ten years ago there were ten private prisons and 2,000 inmates. Today there are 140 with 70,000 inmates. They are aiming to increase this slave labor by 500% in the next ten years.
If people don’t wake up soon, by the time Harper’s out of office, Canada will be dismantled and sold off to foreign corporations. Let’s see what happens on June 29th when Indigenous people demonstrate everywhere against injustice and mistreatment. We think that the “war room” in the “Tower of Power” at Indian affairs is working round the clock to speed up privatization. Minister “Jonestown” Prentice wants to drag us into the colonial courts for doing what we’re supposed to do, protect our possessions. Then we’ll be heavily fined for this “crime”. “Jonestown” threatened we are “liable” and funds owing to our communities will be cut.
In exchange for our freedom, the oligarchy wants all of the northern part of Turtle Island – our land, resources and no Indigenous title. That’s the big prize! With no venues for democratic debate, we’’ll all be divided into two camps, the prisoners and the guards. That’s the game.

MNN. May 21, 2007. Canadian Prime Stephen Harper got some “buddy” to write a 200-page manual on how his government can attack, obstruct or end committee meetings that are going against his government. With baton in hand, he illegally obstructs the democratic processes of government.
The manual tells his party members how to create chaos to avoid dealing with issues that displease the government. Some suggestions are, “interrupting witnesses”, “systematic obstruction” or “leaving unexpectedly” [for the restroom and not coming back!]. The manual tells the chairmen how to select and coach party-friendly witnesses, obstruct unwanted debates, pick witnesses from Conservative ridings and stop meetings that have gone “off track”.
Duncan Campbell Scott used these tricks in the 1920s. He was a master manipulator of prime ministers, members of parliament and public opinion. When he wanted to push his agenda at the committee hearings on changes to the Indian Act, he would pay the train fare for the only two native people in the whole country that would support his cause. Meanwhile, he made sure nobody heard of his amendments. Documents that didn’t agree with the government’s agenda mysteriously disappeared.
The conservatives not upholding the principles of democracy is a sure sign of the slide of the colonies on Turtle Island into the grip of despotism.
True, modern society is too complex to get everyone’s views on issues. Parliamentary committees are supposed to give the elected representatives time to develop expertise to understand certain questions. They are supposed to find solutions that suit the needs of Canadians, not to fulfill the preconceived opinions of a few select Conservatives.
Unfortunately, even though Canadian and U.S. processes were influenced by the Great Law of Peace, back when the Americans decided to throw off British subject status and become independent, very few know how it works. If these committees were functioning properly, the question would be posted, it would circulate among the people, discussed in the press and fully aired before a decision is made.
This cannot be done in the context of a filibuster, obstruction and interrupting witnesses. It is like those know-it-all talking circuses on television who shout down other opinions so no one can hear them. Aggressive mouths explode before people can explain their ideas thoroughly. Matters are diverted the first moment that someone uses a mischosen word.
"This example is essentially training material that I expect every party has," said Brian Pallister. "Lining up witnesses that are favourable to your party's position? Come on. It's just common sense." This s--t is not normal. It’s dangerous nonsense! Direction is pre-selected. There is no way for committees to hear independent thinking people. It is pseudo consultation creating pseudo information.
This brings to mind a 1962 movie, “The Waltz of the Toreadors”, starring Peter Sellers. His character and his wife constantly argued by a waltz of words. He'd say something like, “All you can think of is getting the debate closed”. She'd take the last word and hooked onto it. “Clothes. When was the last time you bought me a pair of shoes?”. He hooked onto the last word, “Shoes. I could never find any large enough for your great big awkward feet”. She'd say, “Feet. You’re only 10 feet away. Bring me my drink”. He'd grunt, “Drink. Give some to the dog”. She'd say, “Dogs. You need to take them out of here. They’re messing up the House” [of Commons]. In the end they’d waltzed dizzily round and round the room, exhausted and nothing of any consequence was ever said. That game made more sense than what’s happening with House of Commons committees today.
The Party Whip, Peter Van Loon, pouted, “Well, you play these games too! We want to proceed with our agenda”. What about the people’s agenda? Brian Pallister, the finance committee chairman, said, in effect, “Every party has this kind of messaging. It’s common sense”. It’s common nonsense.
Recently the Conservatives filibustered the ethics committee to prevent an investigation into the alleged mistreatment of Afghan detainees; the cancelled the hearings into the cancellation of the Court Challenges Program; and filibustered the agriculture committee on their mishandling of the Canadian Wheat Board.
This reminds us of another famous book, “Mein Kampf” written by a guy called Adolph Hitler. He wrote how he was going to take over Germany and eventually the whole world. One of his key weapons was to mesmerize the masses with “the big lie”. His propagandists knew that the bigger the lie, if it is said often enough, becomes the truth. He confused the issues so much that after a while the people didn’t know the truth. His lies were so outrageous, people began to think, “No one could make a lie that big!” He put a haze of confusion over the people.
Stephen Harper is promoting the big lie by distorting the reality of the issues being debated. The real issues are taken on a wild goose chase so that nothing is ever accomplished.
Harper uses the same method to befuddle the media. He orchestrates all press conferences so he will never answer the questions that are posed. He is taking Hitler’s methods to a fine point and adapted them to suit modern conservative fantasies. Boy! They’re not conservative! They’re tearing out the guts of whatever pretensions Canada ever had to respectful conduct.
They might be basing this manual on Eric Beme’s book, “Games People Play”, written in 1964. He describes life as a series of games which are predictable and superficially plausible and lead to predictable outcomes. It is full of rituals on social behaviour. There is the child, adult and parent state. Harper is “Little Stevie” who thinks that no matter the consequences, he has to prove he’s right. Two popular games are “Now I’ve got you, you son of a bitch” and “Let’s make you and him fight”. Politicians might want to read this to help them figure out what’s going on. They should also re-read Michavelli’s “The Prince” on how tyrants gain control over the masses.
Stephen Harper should investigate where these ideas came from: in our culture someone like him is called a “trickster”, a demon which causes confusion. It lies and deceives. We are warned about this and told never to debate with it. They will set you up for a catastrophe.
It looks likie Harper has been instructed to make sure that Parliament doesn’t work. All committee debates are being sidetracked. Who dreamt up these crazy strategies? They want something big to go through without a debate. Could it be the privatizing of everything? Stay tuned for the next chapter!

MNN. April 29, 2007. Back in 1969 the Liberal government of Canada under Pierre Trudeau decided to do away with Indian Affairs. They weren’t going to do away with the “Tower of Terror”. They were going to do away with us by pretending to remove their obligations, budget and protections. They wanted to push us out onto the streets of Canada to die out.
Killing off a criminal organization like Indian Affairs is inevitable. We have to take it apart piece by piece. We have to do it ourselves every step of the way. The Indian Act was the "weapon of mass destruction" [WMD] meant to kill us off. How are we going to kill off Indian Affairs? By enforcing the Great Law of Peace and the Two Row Wampum.
Indian Affairs is currently the subject of an avalanche of criticisms and various lawsuits. The murders of our kids in residential schools, the police brutality, military attacks against us and the constant lies and deceptions by politicians has to stop. Their sudden dismantling Indian Affairs may be a ploy to remove the defendants in actions for liability for all the cruelty and larceny they've committed against us. They say, “remove Indian affairs, the Indian Act and to hell with them!” We can see right through them. They want to change our status as Indigenous people into “Canadians” so they can get out of their liability. It won’t work, Canada! We are not and never will agree to be Canadians.
So far, our relations with our colonial visitors has been one of “breach” rather than honor. They tell us the Indian Act is the only “vehicle” for delivering Canada’s obligations to us. Based on what we’ve been getting so far, this is an empty vehicle and it’s time to junk it.
We’ve always been struck by Indian Affairs’ similarity to organized crime organizations like the “Mafia”, except it’s “disorganized”. The head “Don” is the “prime minister”. He has cohorts and henchmen called “provinces”, “ministers”, “corporations”, “judges” and “armed forces” that are given authority over certain territories. The cohorts go out and enforce their rules. The government legitimizes its criminal activities with picturesque language that no one understands.
Originally the Mafia came in and lent money to immigrants to set them up. If somebody couldn’t pay them back, the enforcers would demonstrate their unseen power over life and death. The government’s cohorts set up this Mafia style system over us. They stole everything we have to make it look like we can’t function without them.
Indian Affairs cohorts must also take something akin to “blood oaths” to Queen Elizabeth and have to keep secrets until they die.
This Indian Affairs Mafia will control us unless that control is taken from them. Like the original Mafia, the only way to become a full “patch member” is to be from a certain ethnic background. The band councils strive to become full patch members so they can exercise the rule of terror over us to keep us in line. No matter what, they’ll never be accepted as full members of the white Mafia. The government encourages them to try anyway.
Indian Affairs was originally supposed to carry out nation-to-nation relations with us and to negotiate with us on land use. Greed lead the colonizers to “goose step” their mandate. Indian Affairs was set up to carry out the “final solution of the Indian problem”. Parliament gave itself extraordinary powers beyond its authority under the British North America Act 1867 to carry out the genocide of our people.
It’s time to close down the butcher shop and go back to the beginning. The real relationship is between us as landowners and them as “squatters”. We want our tenants to live up to the leases they made with us, to obey the laws and keep their promises. We want full accountability and a total forensic audit of Indian Affairs and its entire gangsta' apparatus.
Once the Indian Act and Indian Affairs are removed, then Indigenous sovereignty, rights to self-determination and stewardship of all of our territories will be dealt with on a proper landlord-tenant nation-to-nation basis. Canada, stop falsely claiming our land. Start planning how you are going to carry out our instructions and authority over every square inch of our land. You have to stay in your ship and not pull our canoe as the Two Row Wampum agreement provides.
Canada, stop aiding and abetting corporate squatters who are gobbling up our assets, polluting our land and destroying the inheritance of our coming generations.
No more encroachment! Enough of our land and environment have been seriously damaged. It’s on the verge of becoming unlivable, not just for Indigenous people, but also for the colonial visitors who don’t seem to care about their own future generations or anyone else’s.
The abuse of us, our lands and possessions is the biggest scandal in history. Bringing down Indian affairs means freedom and self-determination for us.
Why do we think this is going to happen? Well, so far huge amounts of profit have gone towards the colonial machines that defraud and oppress us because of our complaints everywhere. A lot of lawyers and consultants have been getting big career boosts and piles of money out of inquiries and investigations into the criminal acts committed against us by the colonial government of Canada without resolving them.
Indian Affairs, we hope you’ve shut down your “War Room” in the Tower of Power run by the military! Stop funding racists like Gary McHale and the skinheads, KKK, Brown Shirts and rioters he’s organizing to attack us. Department of Defense, stop financing the demonizing of us in your military manual as “domestic insurgents” so that you can find an excuse to round up our “leaders” and young people. We know you want to put us in “Guantanamo Bay” prisons without charging us, for indefinite periods of time because you have labeled us as “terrorists”.
Hey, colonial crooks, let’s not get stuck on details. Let’s go back to square one when you landed here with nothing.
No, we’re not afraid to get rid of Indian affairs. They think they’ll shut us up by threatening to cut off all services and benefits. They can’t. They have an ongoing debt to us supported by all the human rights covenants Canada has signed and supports internationally.
We have to sit down and start talking about the terms under which you “intruders” can remain here. You know we never gave up the land. We never will. We can’t.
Europeans are Europeans, no matter what. The British are British. The French are French. And the immigrants are immigrants. For over a century colonial states have been dumping their rejects and social problems on our land. These displaced people tried to kill us off. We cannot tolerate the presence of this insane grasping culture which continues to commit genocide on us and our land.
These starving and disease ridden ragamuffins killed most of us off, stole our land and possessions and continue to try to stomp us out. Do we have to keep on being kind to them? We think we’ve given enough. We will look at the new situation pragmatically. We have to carry out our original instructions. The land has to be taken care off. The damage committed to us has to be repaired. The heritage of our future generations has to be restored. The visitors have to return Turtle Island back into the beautiful paradise they found when they arrived.

| | | 14.04.2007 20:17:28 | "TERRORIST INVASION" OF DEH CHO INDIGENOUS TERRITORY - CANADA ARMED FORCES "GUNS FOR HIRE" BY MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS
MNN. April 14, 2007. Indigenous people everywhere - watch out! Is this more of Canada's "might is right" mentality. Or have the military, police, RCMP, secret service and government bureaucrats become "guns for hire" by the multinational corporations? Are they all under the same corruption that is going on in the RCMP?
Canadian armed forces plan to ignore indigenous sovereignty by invading Deh Cho territory. The crime is planned for Monday April 16th. It's at Norman Wells and Ft. Simpson, Northwest Territory.
"Operation Narwhal" is being conducted despite the expressed opposition to this operation and to the McKenzie Valley Pipeline that Canada wants to build through their land. The Deh Cho never agreed to become part of Canada though they are willing to work with Canada. They want the colonial power to implement their "Land Use Plan", in keeping with their rights as interpreted by the Supreme Court of Canada and under international law. Canada rejected the Plan. The Deh Cho insist the pipeline cannot cross their land without their approval.
The Deh Cho want to stop the environmental destruction by corporations and their government and military puppets that are bent on removing all "restraints" to "business". This pipeline is part of a massive exploitation of land across all of Turtle Island [North America]. The "slash" and "pollute" mentality will affect everyrone living on it as well as the environment worldwide.
Let's not kid ourselves, this is really an end-run around the Dene opposition. The Canadian govenrment press release says that 40 Joint Task Force North military personnel will take over the airport from April 16-27 from imaginary "terrorists" as part of "a sovereignty operation for the military". Another 240 troops will be stationed at Norman Wells. They claim these two places are "possible terrorist sites" because of their location on the pipeline route.
Despite leaving the Deh Cho out of the loop, "Imperial Oil" and "Enbridge Gas", two of Canada's largest energy companies, are in the thick of the action. More than 200 soldiers will mass to practice their response to their fantasized terrorist attack. Lt.-Col. Kevin "TNT" Tyler of the Yellowknife-based JTF North said there will be a fictional "al Qaeda" sleeper cell from Edmonton. "This is supposed to be a small cell of two terrorists who have explosive devices to disrupt the flow of oil.
Are they hitchhiking up there? Is there a road? Why are the troops in the middle of a town? Why not in the middle of nowhere? Is it because the troops need to be close to a bar?
After the attack at Norman Wells the RCMP will call in the military for help to protect Imperial Oil fields west of Great Bear Lake along the MacKenzie River. It is served by the 870-kilometer Enbridge pipeline designed to carry up to 30,000 barrels of oil a day.
The operation will bring in 150 reservists from the Maritimes. Aurora surveillance aircraft, Griffon helicopters and Twin Otter airplanes based in Yellowknife will bring in 140 staff and air crew. The RCMP, Emergency Preparedness, Imperial Oil and Enbridge are all part of the gang. Of course, it will all be under U.S. command.
These video maniacs are all looking forward to having a lot of fun. It sounds like a big party at the expense of the Dene, the Canadian taxpayers, the people and the environment.
The military was never known for its intelligence. Soldiers will be armed, without live ammunition. Does this make sense? In a real life situation will a gun be of any help? Are they going to shoot the bomb? Hope they bring enough 'duct tape' for the holes they're bound to make in the pipeline.
Sgt. Larry "Obey" O'Brien in Yellow knife said RCMP officers that are not in Ottawa testifying about corruption will be consulting with military officials.
This is simulated warfare to simulate their "phony baloney" sovereignty on our land. But the assault on our land is real. Three years ago the military had an exercise in the waters off Pangnirtung, an Indigenous Nunavut community on southeast Baffin Island. They pretended that a "foreign" country was trying to retrieve a satellite that had fallen into Davis Strait. The question is why do they have to fight over that? Everyone knows that the U.S. is the main bully falsely claiming our Arctic waters.
Recently Canada claimed sovereignty up there by taking a shipload of Inuit, the real owners, on a cruise through Arctic waters. In their heart of hearts, they know they are in Inuit space.
The Deh Cho won't give the invading troops a warm welcome, like moccasins for their frozen feet. It's just one colony telling another how to click its heels. The Deh Cho are not intimidated by foreign troops being sent in using imaginary "terrorism" as an excuse to hoist their flag on our land.
The Deh Cho think their plans for oil are completely insane! This follows on the heels of the recent military training manual flap where they referred to Indigenous people as "insurgents".
The Deh Cho are asking for support. Canada is conducting an illegal invasion. The title holders have not been consulted nor gave their consent. Are Canadian forces planning to stay until Canada breaks down Deh Cho opposition to their pipeline, or until it finishes building it to take gas to the U.S.? It's the same trampling over our rights as ever before. Can somebody help get a court injunction?

MNN. April 13, 2007. “The Candian Army was itching to kill us in 1990”, said a young Mohawk, referring to the Crisis at Kanehsatake. That’s when the army surrounded us for 78 days. We didn’t want the nearby town of Oka to put a golf course over our burial and ceremonial site. We saw Indigenous faces sticking out of the tanks and standing around with their fingers on the trigger ready to kill us. It was sickening! Now Denis Coderre, Liberal Defence critic in Ottawa, wants Canada to build a special Canadian Forces base to train native soldiers.
What’s going on? Are they planning to send native soldiers against us like they did in the past? This announcement comes right after Canada put out the National Defense training manual calling us “domestic insurgents”, with tactics on how to attack unarmed Indigenous civilians. They categorized us as “Taliban”, “Tamil Tigers” and “Al Queda”. They are, in all reality, “freedom fighters”. The Mohawk Warrior Society are not criminals. They are standing for the rule of law and for colonial states to obey the laws.
Is this how Canada tries to deal with recent worldwide criticism over their continued genocide of our people? The idea came up because natives are crossing the border to join the U.S. armed forces. There is no border for us. It is an imaginary colonial line.
What is the army doing? We are told that the military mission in Afghanistan is supposed to “win the hearts and minds of the Afghan people”. How are Canadian forces under U.S. command trying to win their “hearts and minds”?
Recently, the Canadians were helping the locals fix a power generator and water pump. They needed spark plugs, which they should have brought with them from Canadian Tire before they left home? 20 soldiers decided to go almost 100 miles away to Kandahar in four heavily armored vehicles. These roads are always under the protection of the Taliban. Was this provocation! As the Canadians traveled, they kept firing warning shots at cars or trucks they thought might attack them. One of these shots caused a truck to go off the road. It rolled over and over causing many injuries. Compare the cost in ammunition and human misery for not remembering to bring spark plugs from home!
Is it any wonder Afghanis don’t trust anybody? Even as the soldiers distribute medicines and civilian aid, they are creating more need for it. Soldiers are assuming that everyone could be a Taliban. It isn’t safe for anyone to come within firing range of these so-called “saviors” carrying machine guns and riding around in their supped-up tanks.
Canada wants more efficient killing machines. They just bought new air-conditioned Leopard tanks from Holland. Now the soldiers can sit comfortably while they go on playing this real life version of “halo”, a “shoot and kill the enemy” video game.
Canada knows we don’t trust their military. Do they think we’ve forgotten how we felt when they pointed their guns at us at Kanehsatake, Gustafsen Lake, Ipperwash, Tyendinaga, etc.? Is recruiting our men and women to fight for them what they call “appeasing” us for all the lethal gestures the military made against us in the past? This is not an olive branch they’re extending. It's a death trap for our people to fall into.
This first training base in Canada would be built in the Restigouche area where government and corporations create high unemployment.
Mr. Coderre said, "… we have to show “sensitivity” since Canada is also composed of first nations”. He uses a bizarre adjective to describe Canada and U.S. past history of brutality against us. There was Champlain’s attack on us, the war on the Metis, on Riel and George Washington’s campaign of genocide with the help of the rabble sent over from Europe! When have Canadians and Americans ever taken up arms to defend us and our lands? Never!
We have to stop and think. Remember when Indians wore foreign uniforms to attack us? Remember Apache warrior, Geronimo? His own men turned traitors and helped the U.S. army to capture him. In the end, they held his family hostage and tried to starve them to death to make him surrender. Then the U.S. turned around, disarmed their Indian helpers and took them on the same train to a prison camp with Geronimo. How’s that?
During WW II, the Iroquois Confederacy wanted to defend Turtle Island against a purported German invasion. We went on the steps of Congress and declared war on Germany. When the war was over, the Confederacy was not invited to sit at the peace table. Technically we are still at war with Germany. But the U.S., Canada and the British would not allow the German Government to make peace with us even though they wanted to.
If an Onkwehonwe soldier is told to kill his own, he has to do it. If not, he will be murdered by his commander. That is why these officers wear the 45’s on their belts. If you disobey, they can shoot you on the spot.
Mr. Coderre said, "I promise to speak about this project with our leader, Stéphane Dion, and I hope that it can become a campaign promise." He plans to meet aboriginal leaders to get their support. How about consulting us. It’s our sons and daughters they want! Coderre, don’t talk with the head of your puppet organizations. If you want our people, speak to us on a nation-to-nation basis.
If Canada is sincere about wanting peace, we’d be glad to advise them. The Kaianereh’ko:wa, Great Law, is the recipe for worldwide peace. These bankers, military, multinational corporations and their government puppets are the only beneficiaries of this cruel dynamic.
History repeats itself. They still want to get the population down to a controllable number. They don’t care if they bomb and kill each other. They will give both sides the weapons to do it. That is what they did here to us. This brought nothing but grief and destruction.
The colonizers trained the Vietnamese to kill Vietnamese, Indians to kill each other and Africans to kill each other with guns supplied to both sides by the same dealer. Let’s not forget how the U.S. and Canada used our own to kill us. Every reserve has Indian police to enforce the colonizers laws of exploitation and extermination on us.
Indigenous brothers and sisters: Why are we letting these colonial brutes put Canadian and U.S. uniforms on us and guns in our hands to kill for them? The Iraqi and Afghans never did anything to you. They are fighting for their country, their resources, their people and their future. The same way as Geronimo, Crazy Horse, Sitting Bull, Tecumseh, Chief Seattle, Pontiac and other Onkwehonwe did. They stood up to protect us, our homes, our land, our mother and mostly our freedom.
What’s conspicuously missing is any attempt to make peace with the Taliban. This is where the principles of the Kaianereh’ko:wa, the Great Law of Peace, would come in handy. It may take a few days to sit down and hack things out. Once an agreement is reached there will be no need for their new lethal toys.
Will these Indigenous soldiers come back to us with their minds changed around just like after World Wars I and II? The returning brainwashed soldiers helped the colonial governments impose their foreign systems on us.
When are they going to rescind the order to exterminate the Indigenous people of Turtle Island? The white race continues its genocidal plan to control people of color worldwide.
Any idiot can kill. No one needs training to do that. That’s proven every day. If you guys are so eager to get military training, why don’t you learn how to defend us? Don’t help these colonial foreign states oppress us and take everything of value from us.
In our scenario there’s no place for any “War Czar”. We have more to gain by fighting for the truth rather than swallowing all the lies we’re being fed. Don’t be brainwashed into murdering your own people. We all have the ability to reason.

MNN March 27 2007. It looks like the psychotics from the U.S. have hijacked Canadian policy taking Canada back to medieval blood lust. A 250-page field manual on counterinsurgency is being put out by Canada's Department of National Defense DND for its soldiers and officers. Jon Elmer of Global Research wrote on March 25, 2007, about these new methods of fighting insurgents like the “Taliban”, the “Chechnyans” and the “Mohawk Warrior Society”. Wait a minute, that’s us!
Let’s not kid ourselves. The main purpose of an army is to shoot and kill. Does Canada’s Parliament or the Canadian people know about this genocidal action that is being done in their name? Since when is it legal to make plans to attack us?
If the DND see us as foreign insurgents, they obviously recognize our independent nationality. So when did they attempt to negotiate with us on a nation-to-nation basis? Under international accords that Canada has signed all countries must resolve differences by diplomatic means. War and the use of weapons to dominate are illegal.
Why are weapons being pointed at us? We are defenseless. Why are we being compared with the Taliban who have rockets, artillery and modern weapons to blow up U.S., Canadian and British tanks that are inches thick?
These infiltrators and hijackers of Canadian institutions are attempting to break the old treaties of peace between us. Our historic alliances are well documented.
Certain individuals acting on behalf of the multinational corporations and banks want to send in the military to kill us and complete the theft of our land. These are worth billions in real estate development and extraction of resources. People and resources are not the property of multinational corporations and banks. Slavery was declared illegal 150 years ago. They think every person who is different is an enemy that they can spy on, create problems for and eliminate.
Public Security Minister Stockwell Day and Prime Minister Stephen Harper have to be brought before the International Criminal Court in The Hague to be prosecuted for proposing war crimes against us. We want to take our complaints to the Mohawk Nation, to the Confederacy, to the Canadian people, to the United Nations and to the world.
We are being called “terrorists”. We see a lot of people being killed in Afganistan, Iraq and elsewhere. Are they planning to bring this kind of violence here?
We are always ready to talk with the colonial governments even when they put a gun to our heads. For 500 years we have extended our hand of friendship to them. We believe that people should live in peace and friendship and to look at people as equals. The majority of Canadians want to learn about peace from us and to understand democracy better. Canadian Governor General Michaelle Jean, where are you? You are evading your duties to us.
How did these misguided sickos manage to infiltrate the DND? They are not following the legal agenda set by the Canadian people. They want peace.
We are trying to stop the subversion of law and order, to get Canada to obey its own laws, agreements, promises, treaties, laws of nations and the Charter of the United Nations. We have a legitimate government. We are not a line of ducks to be shot at in the amusement park.
The manual says, “Insurgent wars are characterized by their tendency to be local and often popular movements, rather than the traditional military conflicts between states. This type of irregular warfare has confounded U.S. and NATO forces in Iraq and Afghanistan respectively” and “successes are few and far between”. The U.S. and Canadian armies need practice so they are bringing the same blood bath here. They want more chances to reach for their guns and riot gear to confront us. Does nothing embarrass them?
We can tell this use of us as targets has already started. A few months ago Tyendinaga was suddenly swarmed by a long line of army trucks filled with troops. They claimed to be lost! Yeh!
In 1939 Europe saw the result of excessive militarism. It caused a war in which over 60 million were killed. Now these kinds of men want to “goose step” into our communities. They’re mesmerized by the movies glamorizing mercenary killings and the “History Channel’s” portrayal of Hitler, the Nazis and the Fascists in Europe and the U. S.
Gen. David Petraeus is the original author of the manual being used to divert the Canadian military from its original protective role. He took command of U.S. forces in Iraq in early 2007. Did his methods work? No way! Violence breeds violence. Yeh! Now they’re trying to get out because they’re getting their asses kicked. The average U.S. citizen has had enough. They don’t want anybody killed on any side. This Svengali has seduced the gullible minds at DND who can apply his failed schemes in Canada and elsewhere.
Maj. D.J. Lambert, the lead author of the DND version, points out that “Canadian Forces are actively engaged in various levels of confrontation with at least three ongoing insurgencies -- in Afghanistan, in Haiti and with domestic indigenous organizations in Canada, such as the Mohawk Warrior Society”. Government policy has pushed our people into poverty, starvation and death in the streets of Winnipeg and other Canadian cities. Why are they going after the weak?
Canada calls us their “citizens” but treat us like foreign insurgents. They are working against the Supreme Court of Canada which has told them time and time again they must treat Indigenous People with respect. DND covert actions are undermining this relationship by treating us as enemies.
The manual states, “Indigenous resistance in Canada are insurgencies because they are animated by the goal of altering political relationships with both the Canadian government and at the local level -- within indigenous reservations themselves -- "through the threat of, or use of, violence". We want to maintain the true relationship between us and the colonist as one of friendship. This definition of insurgency is so broad that any democratic action qualifies. We have made no threat of violence against the Canadian state.
”Canadian Forces have been used by the federal government in high-profile land confrontations with indigenous communities and protestors in standoffs with the Mohawks of Kanehsatake in 1990 and with the Ojibway at Ipperwash in 1995”. According to the DND, the military were at Ipperwash. This means the sniper who killed Dudley George might have been a soldier and not an Ontario Provincial Policeman. Is this why Corporal Deane and two other OPP key witnesses died in mysterious car crashes when they were just about to appear as witnesses at the Ipperwash Inquiry?
In our peaceful demonstrations at Kanehsatake, Gustafsen, Ipperwash, Six Nations, Grassy Narrows, and other places our legal rights were violated. Some lost their lives. The inquiries prove that. We know they want to provoke a confrontation to justify killing us. We won’t give them that.
In the January 12th 2004 covert operation at Kanehsatake, the government sent in heavily armed mercenaries to knock out the citizens’ police commission. The disinformation campaign made the weapons look like a Mohawk arsenal when in fact they were all supplied by the federal government.
”Canadian generals such as Leslie, Chief of Staff Rick Hillier and retired Maj. Gen. Louis MacKenzie have been outspoken critics of the Canadian military as merely a neutral middle-power and "blue-helmeted" peacekeepers”. This is what the Canadian public wants! The Canadian army is preparing to become the aggressors delivering death sentences to defenseless civilians, including infants and children, without so much as a charge or trial. These overgrown school yard bullies are still trying to play “paint ball” except they want to kill real people. Why should Canadian taxpayers pay for these “recreatech parties”?
Canadian Forces will leave Afghanistan in February 2009. "Let's not kid ourselves," Gen. Leslie said. “The enormous resources invested by the government in the transformation of Canada's armed forces are clearly not for Afghanistan alone. It is logical to expect that we will go somewhere fairly similar to Afghanistan and do much the same sort of activity." With the whole world trying to find peace, where does he expect to go?
Stockwell Day, the Minister of Public Security, is a Pentecostal minister. He is known as a “Pharisee”, one who poses as a minister. His proposal to kill off Indians is contrary to the beliefs he espouses. He studies the Bible just like George Bush and Condoleeza Rice, who are psychopaths, liars and killers. They have no human feelings. As soon as their prayers are over, they have no qualms about ordering their military machines to go on bloody rampages.
If they kill us, we want the whole world to know they carried out premeditated murder of innocent people. The war games have to stop. We have to look out for soldiers in our backyards or their overhead choppers. They’ve been caught sniffing around our communities. We are asking all peace loving people worldwide to send your protests about this war mongering and targeting of Indigenous people to the Canadian government [harper.s@parl.ca], the Governor General [gg@gc.ca], the Queen [press@royalcollection.org.uk] and the Canadian military [www.forces.gc.ca].

MNN March 9, 2007. Did Conrad Black make misjudgments or was he a pawn in a long-term plan to wipe out Canada? According to the March 12, 2007, issue of MacLean’s Magazine, Washington insiders are orchestrating the destruction of Canada. Yes, Conrad was greedy. He was spellbound by Barbara Amiel, his wife since 1991. David Radler, his partner at Hollinger International for over thirty years, ratted him out to the U.S.
Canadians don’t appear to be aware of just how crazy the U.S. lust for Canada can be. Like a rejected lover who flips out when you refuse their candy, the U.S. thinks it owns Canada. If they can’t get their way, they will come back with a gun and blow Canada to smithereens. They already have control over the Canadian military, policing, corporations and governments both federal and provincial.
The Canadians are about to find out what we went through as a result of their betrayal and treachery of us.
It’s history repeating itself. Or are they making it look like they are fighting against each other? Are they really out to destroy the original title holders, the Onkwehonwe, all across Turtle Island.
The downfall of Canada is being plotted down south, with all the manic obsession of a spurned lover seeking revenge.
The Iroquois see what’s coming. According to our Two Row Wampum agreement we cannot interfere in this lover’s quarrel, unless it interferes with us! We’ve always been told it’s dangerous to try to break up a domestic dispute. Both Canada and the United States have a history of not caring about us. And they certainly don’t want us interfering in their spat.
The U.S. would like to come into Canada and make slaves of Canadians, throw them out on the streets and take everything they have. We know they can do it. They already did it to us. What they’re after is Onkwehonwe oil, minerals, water and lumber without any obstructions from the owners or even from the Canadian usurpers. They want to connect the Energy Grid II so it can flow southward.
Both Canada and the U.S. forgot about the Two Row Wampum agreement. They think that it only has one row, theirs. They never upheld any agreement with us. We’re a trusting people whose word means everything. They think it’s a weakness. But they were never able to enslave us.
The U.S wants to do a replay of the Iraqi takeover. The U.S. worked with Saddam, got a fight going between Iraq and Iran and provided arms to both sides. They fought to a standstill. The Americans then encouraged Saddam to take over Kuwait. When he did, the U.S. invaded Iraq. Now they have set it up so the Iraqis will kill each other off to reduce their population from 25 million to an easily manageable 5 million. We guess in Canada they’ll want to reduce it to 8 million. They just need enough people to polish their boots, clean their toilets and kiss their asses [of which they probably already have lots].
We have always honored our commitments. We stood by the British government in 1776 and 1812. They are the ones we made the treaties with. [Conrad, the historian, should be aware of this]. Canada only exists because of the Six Nations. We came from Mohawk Valley to stand with the British. The Americans have always hated us for that.
The British have short memories. They forgot what we did for them. The Iroquois have dead warriors in Queenston Heights, Ohio Valley, all along Niagara Peninsula, Fallen Timber, Chateauguay, Plains of Abraham, Michelmachinac, Detroit, Ticonderoga and elsewhere. We were always there with the British. They betrayed us.
We have always tried to fulfill our obligations to Creation. We have core principles underlying our strategies. To the U.S. we continue to be their biggest stumbling block in their quest to take root into Turtle Island.
Until recently we were concentrating on the Six Nations land reclamation. Last April we found out that the U.S. Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms ATF was running the Ontario Provincial Police and collecting information on us. We don’t know for whom, but they sure pulled the wool over Canadian eyes. Unlike the U.S invasions of 1812, Canadians never said “boo” about this one. When the RCMP reported that over 100 CIA agents and spies had crossed over to Canada, Public Security Minister Stockwell Day said, “So what?”
Then someone came along and got some Mohawks to take out a U.S. style lawsuit against the Iroquois Confederacy Chiefs. A well- paid instigator continually gets all kinds of corporate media publicity calling us down with false allegations of violence and intimidation of non-natives. It is actually the opposite. He has access to the expensive public relations needed to push this racist anti-Indigenous propaganda out.
The ATF vehicle captured at the reclamation site at Six Nations contained documents and lists of the OPP, RCMP with all their names, home addresses, cars they drive, home phone numbers and cell phone numbers. [Why would they want all that? Is it to call them up personally and either give orders or threats?]
The U.S. don’t seem to want the Haldimand Tract situation to be settled with the return of our land to us. David General, the Six Nations band council chief, may be on their payroll. He’s acting as if they told him to create a situation to side-tract the “talks”. Unaware he may be helping those who want to destroy Canada. The core of Canada is the Ontario economy.
The federal and Ontario governments look like they are ready to settle the Six Nations land claims. Canada and Ontario have to admit that all the land is ours and they have to work with us, not against us.
Why are we being so slyly targeted by the U.S.? Suddenly we the Six Nations are in the middle of this whole mess. No one else seems to see the plan to make the U.S. invasion of Canada overt. In the past we stopped it. There was never any honor for us.
The U.S. wants to tell Canada to “get lost”. Why does U.S. want to break up Canada?
They’re lusting after the resources and they don’t want “no one” to stand in their way, especially not a bunch of Onkwehonwe landowners. They’ve got a habit of ignoring our rights, just like the Canadians.
Why is Prime Minister Harper trying to make Calgary the financial capital of Canada? Is he taking orders from the Dallas oil mafia? The U.S. wants the tar sands and safe oil, instead of dealing with Iraq and Iran. They won’t brook any interference. They sure don’t want Onkwehonwe filing lawsuits.
Ontario has been the economic powerhouse for Canada. The U.S. think that if they destroy Ontario, Canada will fall in their lap. In their minds, Ontario is Toronto. If they can destroy Toronto, then Ontario becomes nothing. The Toronto Stock Exchange is being downgraded. Canada once had a good reputation in setting up trustworthy corporations and banks. Not anymore. [Two Scotia Banks were recently bombed in Mexico City].
The international conglomeration of stock exchanges is watching and waiting like vultures. [As far as we are concerned both Canadians and Americans are crooks and thieves.] Today it’s the battle of the corporations. The judges who aren’t blind have been taken over. Border crossing regulations have been standardized so money “will flow” but not the people. Free Trade for the rich!
Ontario is the colonial English power that Canada is designed to favor. When the Metis rebelled in the west, it was Ontario that wiped them out. So there’s no love lost for Ontario.
Huge opportunities have been missed because of central Canadian jealousy and this old imperial thinking. They think they will be wealthier if they have everything instead of sharing and working together with the people. That’s how they treat Indigenous people. They’re always ready to give us the short end of the stick.
The rest of Canada is glad to see Ontario fall flat on its face. If Canada Corp. is absorbed by the U.S., then we could make alliances with decent grass roots Canadians and Americans – the kind of people that always get ignored and trampled on by their governments. Will Canadians rebel and protect Ontario because they are anti-American? We don’t know. As far as the resources are concerned, everything is ours.
Where is Quebec in all this? Quebec thinks it is going to run Canada on behalf of the Americans. Quebec thinks it’s investing in its future by crawling to the Americans. All the bilingual positions across Canada are mostly in the hands of the French. The Anglophones are never allowed to qualify no matter how much French they speak.
The French have always had a history of animosity towards the Mohawks and the Six Nations. It’s been like this since their attack on our chiefs at Lake Champlain in the 1500’s. Those they didn’t capture or kill, they took to Europe as slaves. But they tell everyone that we were torturing them. They want to get rid of us by telling whatever lies they can. We are still in the way and we won’t let them crush us.
The multinational oligarchy is transplanted Europeans. The same mafia that took over Europe are trying to take over Turtle Island. They are trying to consolidate their power by destroying those who worked against them.
The U.S. has become a fascist state in the name of democracy. They think they have to destroy the Onkwehonwe, because we are the only people who really believe in human equality. We will stand up to them and we can’t be bought. We can help free the slaves if they are willing. Many will be unwilling because they don’t understand and are afraid to resist.
In 1939 when the fascists were going to take over the world. It was three men who had a common Iroquois ancestor, [Bethley] who stopped them. They said they would never let it happen again. Franklin Roosevelt, Winston Churchill and Douglas McArthur saw what was coming. The fascists were stopped in World War II. Now, “We’ll deal with those Indians this time”.
It’s tribal warfare. The two competing colonial tribes, the French and English, are going to fight it out in Canada. The Americans are then going to invade Canada.
The Americans think they don’t have to listen to anyone because they have the military and financial control. Like teenagers, they think they are invincible.
It’s the multinational companies that are killing each other. Is it better for us to stay out of it while they fight each other? We do not want one to have all the power that doesn’t account to anyone.
What is the “Montreal Plan”? It is the fight of the “city states”, a European concept. In Greece when Troy stood up to Athens, an Armada of city state kings and their armies were sent to destroy Troy. Here we have city corporations taking over, like Chicago, Dallas, Calgary, Montreal, New York City. Conrad represents the city of Toronto, which is like “Troy”.
The plan is to transfer everything to Montreal to make it a big cosmopolitan city like NYC that extends to New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Montreal wants to consolidate the cities of Ottawa and Cornwall. Too bad! In between each of these cities are three Mohawk communities, Kahnawake, Kanehsatake and Akwesasne. They have to deal with us.
In Canada there is room for only one cosmopolitan area, that will be the economic engine of the country. New infrastructures are going up already for easy access to the U.S. Police forces are being consolidated to be controlled by a central headquarter to make it easier to intimidate and control people. The Montreal Urban Community police is now going off the island of Montreal.
The rest of Canada will be subservient to Montreal and there just for resource extraction in their dreams. The head corporate barons in Toronto are either dead or being put away. E.P. Taylor, the Thompsons, the Bronfmans, the banks and others left Montreal for Toronto in the 1970’s over the “separatist” scare. These business people will either be destroyed or enticed to bring their money to Montreal. The main man in Montreal, Desmarais, works closely with Chretien, Paul Martin and Stephan Dion. With the help of the U.S. they’ll get rid of the Toronto influence.
When there is a scare, capital just leaves.
Our agreements and treaties have been with the English. We always lived up to our end. Lord Conrad Black represents the British Lords with whom we originally signed our agreements. Chretien wanted to break that connection. He made Conrad give up his Canadian citizenship to become a lord. The British/Canada have to live up to their end.
The U.S. sees Conrad as a representative of the Canadian “establishment” in Toronto. He went to Upper Canada College. He was like other English businessmen, cautious and frugal, who ran big corporations. [In fact, the Canadian mining companies are the most brutal exploiters of Indigenous people and land worldwide.]
The U.S. think that if Conrad can be shown as a crook then Canadians will be seen as crooks too. They hope investments will dry up in Canada. [They are all crooks, as far as we are concerned!]
In the Chicago scene, the judge, Amy St. Eve, against Conrad is closely connected to the U.S. President. So is the prosecutor, Patrick Fitzgerald. So too is the man who dismantled Hollinger, Richard Breeden, the former head of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. For destroying the company he made himself a tidy $135 million. Acting innocent are board members, Henry Kissinger and Richard Perle. They are not being charged.
The trial starting on March 12th is going to be one of the biggest cases ever especially since he’s a British lord.
Hollinger International was owned by Conrad. Half was bought out by the U.S. which got control over it. They ransacked and destroyed it. They say it’s all based on mismanagement of public money that was earned on the stock exchange. Hollinger went from $34 to $4 per share under the control of the usurpers. Now Montreal and New York have joined forces to take out the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Conrad lived an extravagant lifestyle – as if they don’t. Conrad at least admits it. Let’s not forget that his newspapers in Canada, especially the National Post, demonized the Onkwehonwe as often as they could. He is cursed as a result of his attacks on us. We are waiting for an apology from him. He has a lot of wrongs to right. Conrad, now the chickens are coming home to roost. That’s what happens when you break a covenant. Things are starting to go wrong for you and Canada.
We always helped Canada and suffered for it. We have paid a heavy price for our loyalty and keeping our word. We expected others to do the same. Jane Stewart, former Indian Affairs Minister, sits on the talks at Six Nations. She apologized to us for the brutality against our children in the residential schools. Her apology is meaningless. She can hardly wait to plunk 23,500 condos on our land and dump all that sewage into the Grand River. We want a real apology with real regrets. Those won’t happen until Canadians learn their true history.
It looks like these people here on Turtle Island who have come under our protection will be slaughtered and destroyed by the U.S. Our obligation is to ourselves and to those who have come under our protection. Conrad was ruthless and now he is being thrown on top of the garbage heap.
Will this conflict hurt Onkwehonwe? Is this the beginning of the purge of a whole race of people, us? It’s called “genocide”. The U.S. is getting the French and English fighting. Iroquois are caught in the middle as their two main metropolitan cities, Toronto and Montreal, are on Six Nations land which we never surrendered.
What the U.S. is going to do to Conrad is what they are going to do to all Canadians. They will be put them in the corner. Everything will be taken off them. They will be destroyed publicly.
MacLean’s is trying to get Canadians to back up Conrad. Are the Canadians the lesser of two evils for us? Is the U.S. more brutal than Canadians?
Conrad is standing up to the Americans. Whether we like him or not, he is ready to fight even though he is standing alone. The consequences for him are staggering. It is life and death. He could be put away for the rest of his life. If they do it to him they can do it others. These Americans know how to put away people.
Conrad knew a lot about the newspaper business. He owned most of them in Canada which ruthlessly demonized us.
Hollinger U.S. was taken apart by someone who had no equity in the business. For a $9000 a day fee, he gutted the enterprise. Conrad is being accused of doing this.
Why are only Canadians on trial? The U.S. is saying they got out- duped by the slick Canadians. Issy Asper of Westcom legitimately paid Black a non-compete fee because Black was the only one who could set up another newspaper. The management says that money should have gone to Hollinger. This is what he is being charged with. Did they buy Conrad’s mind when they bought Hollinger?
If they do this to Conrad then every newspaper owner in the world will be afraid. The U.S. wants to consolidate all media and newspapers under U.S. control.
The last word of the article is that Conrad and Barbara Black are easy targets - an overturned peer of the realm and his sinister Zionist clothes horse. But they were good for readers, newspapers, and better for capitalism than a regime of arbitrary regulatory usurpation. MacLean’s says there’s a lot more behind the scenes than the fate of one man.
